Special Containment Procedures: 17534 is to be under constant surveillance in its holding cell. If 17534 was to breech containment an evacuation of the site must be made and Doctor [Redacted] must be informed. If any site personal are left inside they are to be claimed a victim of 17534's rampage. To successfully contain 17534 Doctor [Redacted] or an audio recording of Doctor [Redacted] must be played. After this 17534 should be in a neutral state and can easily be re-contained. During the rampage black root like matter can be seen, either from victims or debris that 17534 has come in contact to. Any matter found must be burned or it will let of a rancid smell and start to break down any element it is attached to in a mere hours time. Victims of 17534 have either had their neck strangled or look shrivel up and have no natural fluids left inside, this is from 17534's black matter piercing the victim and sucking all the fluids out and converting it into energy to fuel 17534's rampage further

Description: 17534 is a humanoid creature, displaying the looks of a young girl around the age seven or nine. It has long brown hair that falls loosely around its ankles, along with hallow eye sockets and pasty white skin. 17534 also has a black vein like patter that starts from the left for-arm and travels around 17534's back and leads up to the base of the skull.
