Special containment procedures: SCP-4165 is to be kept in the anomalous object storage vault at Site-19 under armed guard by no less than four level 3 personnel at all times. Due to the threat SCP-4165 poses reacquisition is to be considered alpha priority, exceptions will be made in the event of a breach by SCP-096. Under no circumstance should SCP-4165 be used outside of testing(see addendum 4165-A). Any personnel who consider SCP-4165 to be a friend are to be administered Class-C amnestics or terminated.

Due to the nature of SCP-4165-1, SCP-4165 is to be moved to Armed Containment Site-██. SCP-4165 and SCP-4165-1 are to be kept in separate lead-lined cells. Description: SCP-4165 is an Adidas branded drawstring bag, its anomalous proprieties manifest when an individual reaches into the bag they are able to pull out objects much larger than the bag itself would entail. The objects are typically Soviet era weaponry, although T-90 tanks have been observed coming from SCP-4165. The objects removed from SCP-4165 do not exhibit any anomalous proprieties.(see addendum 4165-B) A Russian male wearing an Adidas branded tracksuit, hereby designated SCP-4165-1 claims ownership of the bag and has been observed climbing in and out of the bag, this is to be considered normal, any change in this behavior should be noted, then reported. SCP-4165-1 has been noticeably compliant with foundation staff, and some researchers even consider SCP-4165-1 as a friend, it is unknown if this effect is memetic or if it is simply SCP-4165-1's charismatic abilties.

On ██/██/20██ A member of site security opened the bag and reached inside, pulling out an anti tank mine, resulting in ██ casualties.

+Addendum 4165-B
On █/██/20██ during regular testing, D-97321 pulled a man of Russian heritage out of SCP-4165, the entity screamed phrases such as "VADIM UROD, LET GO OF ME!" the subjects name was not in fact Vadim, it is unknown who this person is, attempts to track Vadim down have been thus far unsuccessful. SCP-4165-1 has displayed the ability to conjure portals through unknown means, though testing has shown that SCP-4165-1's portals cannot be placed on lead-lined objects.
