Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5151 is currently located within Provisional Site-5151¹ near Domodossola, Italy. PS-5151 is to maintain the illusion of being the town 'Falmecci' it was build around. All profit-focused facilities are to remain operational for this purpose. PS-5151 is to be permanently staffed by 200 personnel, eight security personnel included.
Onsite personnel must visit SCP-5151 on a monthly basis to obtain non-anomalous items.
Tourists visiting PS-5151 must be prevented from entering SCP-5151. If less than 12 tourists visit PS-5151 within a seven day period, personnel from other facilities are to pose as additional tourists until this amount is reached.

All instances of SCP-5151-2 to SCP-5151-6 are to be kept in a standard containment locker, sorted by designation. Up to five instances of each designation may be kept in said locker. The locker is to be stored at Site-76's storage room. If an obtained instance cannot fit in the locker, it is to be destroyed.

Description:

SCP-5151

SCP-5151 is a small pharmacy owned by SCP-5151-1. SCP-5151 does not show any remarkable differents to non-anomalous pharmacies other than the area behind the counter being unaccesible from the shop front.
When SCP-5151-1 is convinced that the Foundation found SCP-5151's current location, it disappears and will manifest in a village with less than 5000 residents. SCP-5151's manifestation range is 200 to 1000 kilometers from its original village. It seems to prefer locations within Europe, but it has been has been found in west Asia and northern Africa 21 times.

SCP-5151-1

SCP-5151-1 has the appearance of a European male with an age of around 45. Its outfit changes on a daily basis, although it always includes an open lab coat and a pair of glasses with thin, silver framework.
The entity has a clear preference to the back room, and will spend most of its time in there.
SCP-5151-1 is capable of speaking the language(s) local to SCP-5151's current location fluently, although it has a vague British accent.
When customers² require a non-anomalous medicine, SCP-5151-1 reach under the counter and attempt to engage small talk. The entity prefers asking questions, but will answer any asked to it. Interviews with SCP-5151-1 can be found in documents 5151-2.1 through 5151-2.2. The entity will attempt to sell or give away an SCP-5151-2 through -6 instance while engaged in small talk. Customers with no high mental fortitude seem unable to refuse this offer.

SCP-5151-2 through SCP-5151-6

SCP-5151-2 through SCP-5151-2 are small, plastic pill bottles. When shaken, a small number of pills can be heard inside. When the bottles are opened and held upside down, a single pill will fall out of them.
When such pills get consumed, they will have a certain effect on the body, usually positive. These effects take place 10 seconds to a minute after the pill is consumed. If the pill bottles are forced to produce pills at a ratio quicker than one per hour, the pill will have a variation on the effect the previous pill had. These variations have so far included: Stronger effects, weaker effects, reverse effects and [REDACTED].
All unique effects are to be designated as their bottle of origin, followed by a number. A complete list of all SCP-5151-2 through SCP-5151-6 instances can be found in document 5151-A.
Once one hour has passed or its bottle of origin produces a second pill, the first pill will lose its anomalous effects.
When six pills are removed from a bottle within a six hour period, the bottle will appear empty. The bottles will refill at the first moment of being unobserved after seven hours passed.

Interviewer: Agent McFulce

Foreword: At the time of the interview, SCP-5151 was located in ███████, Luxembourg. Its location was discovered after a Field Agent obtained an SCP-5151-4 instance whilst buying a medicine for the common cold. Field Agent McFulce was send to interview whoever ran the shop. He poses as an employee of the World Health Organisation.

SCP-5151-1: Good day, sir. What can I do for you today?

McFulce: A small interview if you don't mind. I'm from the World Health Organisation and we're researching Luxembourg's health system.

SCP-5151-1: Not a problem at al! Could you flip the sign on the door to closed?

McFulge: Of course.

<McFulge walks to the door and flips the sign on it to 'closed' before walking back.>

McFulge: First, how many customers do you get on average every day?

SCP-5151-1: Plenty to keep up the business. Now that I think about it, it's kind of strange that I don't get less.

McFulce: Mhm, but we can save that for another time. How many medicines do people buy from you on average?

SCP-5151-1: I can't say, but I don't think it's a lot. Most people just want to get rid of a headache.

McFulce: I see. Do you enjoy your job?

SCP-5151-1: Absolutely, I wouldn't have it any other way.

McFulce: I'm glad to hear that. Did you ever hurt someone using items from your work?

SCP-5151-1: Goodness no! What kind of horrible person would do that?

McFulce: I'm just asking the questions, I didn't make them up. Why did you become a pharmacist.

SCP-5151-1: That's.. complicated.

McFulce: What exactly do you mean by that?

SCP-5151-1: I wouldn't expect you to understand.

McFulce: I can try.

SCP-5151-1: If you insist. An old friend of mine had the lifelong dream of causing smiles on the faces of children. He made some really amazing toys, and I wanted to help him with it. I tried the best I could, but I couldn't make something work. Then, I discovered that one of the things I made had some use.

<SCP-5151-1 pauses for a second.>

You see, there's an evil out there that not many know. It lurks in the shadows, and in the light. It is not a thief nor a murderer, it's worse. I try to make up it, little by little. Heh, it must sound like a bad superhero film plot to you.

McFulge: It does, but I think I got it.

SCP-5151-1: Really? You would be the first. I lost a customer or two with that story.

McFulge: You wouldn't believe half the stuff I hear during interviews. But there are still a couple questions left.

SCP-5151-1: Go ahead.

McFulge: Would you consider some of that evil.. contained?

SCP-5151-1: <remains silent for 3 seconds, finishing it with a deep sigh through his nose.> I believe we are done with this interview. Please leave my pharmacy.

McFulge: But-

SCP-5151-1: No 'but's'. No further questions. I know exactly who you are and I don't want anything to do with you. I will go to the back and when I return, you will be gone.

<SCP-5151-1 opens the door behind the counter and walks through. McFulge waits two seconds before jumping over the counter and following the entity. A thunk is followed by a short, surprised scream of McFulge.>

Closing Statement: Field Agent McFulge was hit on the head with a blunt object. McFulge found himself sitting on a bench 105 meters away from SCP-5151's location, unable to remember the interview. Once he realized where he was, he went to SCP-5151 as he was convinced the interview still had to happen. Upon arrival, he found that the building was empty and for sale. Bloodsamples revealed that McFulge had at one point consumed the only instance of SCP-5151-2D on record.

Foreword: This interview took place 13 days after █████████ was was turned into PS-5151. Junior Researcher Brenner was assigned to PS-5151 five days prior. For testing purposes, Brenner went to SCP-5151-1 to ask for a medicine against headaches.

[Begin log]

<Brenner enters the pharmacy and presses the call bell on the counter.>

SCP-5151-1: Ah, sorry. I can't hear the bell in the back.

Junior researcher Brenner: It's fine, really.

SCP-5151-1: Very well. What can I do for you on this fine day?

Brenner: Well, I've had this nasty headache for a few days.

SCP-5151-1: Do you know what might have caused it?

Brenner: I think it could be because I moved here a few days ago, and I'm constantly worrying about stuff I could've forgotten at the old house.

SCP-5151-1: Ah, I see. First of all, welcome. Secondly, I have the perfect remedy for you.

<SCP-5151-1 reaches under the counter.>

Brenner: Thanks.

SCP-5151-1: So, what do you think about the town so far?

Brenner: It's small, but I actually like that. It gives a sense of peace you never feel in big cities. The community is very close too, which creates a sense of safety even though I'm not part of it yet.

SCP-5151-1: Oh, that's exactly what I like about this town too! That'll be €2.30, btw.

<Brenner pays.>
SCP-5151-1: Say, do you have any plans regarding.. love, here?

Brenner: Heh, well.. There's this really sweet girl, Lucia, with who I have been chatting for a little while now. I asked her out on a date not too long ago and I will meet her for the first time tomorrow, actually.

SCP-5151-1: Would you look at that! I have a true Casanova in my pharmacy. Well I happen to have something for you. Give me a second.

<SCP-5151-1 opens the door behind the counter and starts whistling a catchy tune. He walks into the back room of SCP-5151 and remains there for seven seconds before returning and closing the door.>

SCP-5151-1: Take one of these when you get home and smile a lot during your date and I guarantee that you two will have a future together.
Brenner: Really? How much does it cost?

SCP-5151-1: Nothing, nothing at all. A gift from a like-minded individual.

Brenner: Well thank you!

<Brenner takes a bottle with pills from SCP-5151-1.>

SCP-5151-1: No problem. Just don't take more than one each hour.

Brenner: I won't. Thank you again!

<Brenner starts walking to the door.>

SCP-5151-1: Don't forget the pills for your headache!

Brenner: Ah, yes, of course.
<Brenner grabs the pills and walks to the door.>

Brenner: Thank you again!

Closing Statement: Junior Researcher Brenner sent the audio file and the medicine to his superior approximately seven minutes after the interview. The bottle did not arrive with the medicine. A security guard stationed at PS-5151 was send to retrieve it. The guard reported finding Brenner standing in front of his bathroom mirror looking at 'a smile with some damn good looking teeth'. Brenner was ordered to participate in a disciplinary meeting and was removed from PS-5151 until the completion of a Standard Mental Discipline Training.
Testing concluded that the medicine was regular medicine and the bottle of pills were an instance of SCP-5151-5.

Foreword: Field Agent Manríquez was send to interview Mr. Alvarado after rumours of a person gaining the capability to walk after spending years in a wheelchair due to an accident. Manríquez is posing as reporter from 'CNN+'.

Manríquez: Hello, I am Maurisio Díaz from CNN+. We heard rumors that *your* daughter is now walking again after spending six years in a wheelchair! Is this true?

Mr. Alvarado: Absolutely, it's a miracle!

Manríquez: Would you mind doing a short interview about this event?

Mr. Alvarado: Of course not, come in, come in.

Manríquez: Well, thank you. So, first question: How did she end up in a wheelchair?

Mr. Alvarado: Oh, that was so long ago. We should not remain in the past with such an amazing present.

Manríquez: The viewers of CNN+ would still like to know how it happened.

Mr. Alvarado: Of course they would. Alright, six years ago she was walking to school. To reach her school she has to cross the road. She was very carefull doing so, as I teached her to do. But when she was in the middle of the road, some asshole came around the corner and drove through the crossing. Th-that piece of human filth hit my daughter and drove away as if nothing happened.

Manríquez: Do you need a minute?

Mr. Alvarado: No, no. It's fine.

Manríquez: Then, how did she get out of it?

Mr. Alvarado: With a miracle! She was just laying in bed because of an awful headache. And the next morning, she could walk! Can you believe that? It's a miracle!

Manríquez: Do you have any idea what could have caused the miracle?

Mr. Alvarado: This miracle only happened because my angel got what she deserved.

Manríquez: Nothing unusual happened before she started walking again?

Mr. Alvarado: I don't think so.. Wait, now that I think about it, I was visiting the pharmacy to get her something for her headache. The pharmacist gave me a small red bottle to prevent future headaches, that was really nice of him. He also told me not to use more than one per hour, which is kind of strange. Anyways, I gave those pills to my sweetheart when I came home. The next morning the miracle happened. You don't think the pharmacist has anything to do with it, do you? He's such a nice man.

Closing statement: SCP-5151 was found manifested in the local town and removed. An SCP-5151-4 instance was found inside Mr. Alvarado's house. Mr. Alvarado was given class A amnestics to forget the interview.

Hey Pharmacist,

I'm writing you to let you know that you weren't at fault. You tried to make a child happy, which is more than I can ask from you. The idea was great, but even I could not prevent the pills from spilling out. They still show up everywhere.

As you might have seen, I did not adress you with your name. This is partially for myself to remember the old times we had. I truly enjoyed those. Now that I won't be seeing you anymore, I hope that our letters can remind us both of those times.

Your last letter brought me the joy of finding a cookie jar! I enjoy writing these letters almost as much as reading yours.

While awaiting your responses, Dr. Wondertainment© is working on the next great toy! Just imagine taking a piece of paper and folding it into an object. Got it? Now suddenly it acts like that object! I think that would bring joy to many children. No more pretending you're watching through a telescope or oretending that your boat isn't falling apart. It will be a wonderous thing for all children to enjoy!

Of course there are still a few complications, but those will be worked out.

I am writing to warn you. Remember the Dr. Wondertainment© paper? A group called 'SCP Foundation' took it and locked it away somewhere. It can no longer make a child happy, which saddens me the most.

On the positive side, Dr.Wondertainment© is already working on plenty more fun toys! Don't take this the wrong way, but I will not give details about what they might be. Just a safety thingy.

Date: 14/02/2020

Location: [REDACTED]

Description: Incident log as compiled by Junior Researcher Rispal, who was in charge of discovering and cataloging all unique effects pills from an SCP-5151-6 instance could have.

The following is a description based on security camera footage from the testing room and testimonies of witnesses.

01:23:54 pm: D-12028 enters the testing room measuring 3x3x3 meters. In the middle stands a table. SCP-5151-6 stands on top of the table.

01:24:01 pm: Junior Researcher Rispal ordered D-12028 from the observatory. D-12028 was to obtain four pills from SCP-5151-6.

01:24:09 pm: D-12028 picked up SCP-5151-6, shook it, took off the lid and held it upside down. A single pill fell out of SCP-5151-6. D-12028 placed the pill on the table.

01:26:44 pm: D-12028 managed to obtain four pills from SCP-5151-6 and was ordered to eat the pill he most recently obtained.

01:26:57 pm: D-12028 began to grow with a rate measured earlier in other SCP-5151-6 instances.

01:27:03 pm: D-12028's growth rate accelerated.

01:27:06 pm: D-12028's head reached the ceiling. He was ordered to sit down on the floor.

01:27:14 pm: The table was pushed against a wall as D-12028 increasing volume required the space it was previously located at.

01:27:24 pm: The table among with monitoring equipment was destroyed. D-12028 expresses severe discomfort as the ceilling produces cracking noises.

01:27:32 pm: D-12028's shoulders and toes produced cracking noises as they got forced into the walls. D-12028 produces a scream.

01:27:37 pm: D-12028 broke through the ceiling, obtaining several burns from broken electrical wires. D-12028 starts attempts to breach into the hallway.

01:27:40 pm: Security personnel opened the containment door and started shooting at D-12028. The bullets did not penetrate his skin fully.

01:27:56 pm: D-12028 stopped growing. His muscles could produce sufficient force to breach the room and crawl to an open space. Five security personnel were injured as D-12028 attempted to locate a larger room.

01:28:19 pm: D-12028's fleeing behaviour partially changed to hostility against security personnel.

01:28:46 pm: D-12028 found the main exit and breached site. Security camera's show white, mucronate objects coming out of his fingertips and toes. D-12028 seems to avoid using these body parts.

01:30:46: Task Force Simga-17 ("Goliath's End") left the site to search D-12028 with a Standard MTF Jeep. Screams of discomfort allowed for less difficult tracking.

01:35:19: TF Sigma-17 found D-12028 on the ground near a rill, crying in a puddle of blood. The blood originated from the mucronate objects growing out of D-12028's fingers and toes, as well as several growths which were randomly spread throughout his body. D-12028 became extremely hostile upon noticing TF Sigma-17.

01:39:54: Radiocontact with TF Sigma-17 was lost. MTF Upsilon-4 ("Hot Iron Strike") was send on a recovery mission and to track down D-12028.

01:44:31: Upsilon-4 located Sigma-17 Captain Gull and Lieutenant Hong near the jeep wreckage. A small blood trail led away from the site. A medical team was called to the site to transport and heal Gull and hong.

01:46:09: D-12028 was located near an abandoned mine shaft. Upsilon-4 forced D-12028 into the mine using small explosives. Once D-12028 was inside, a large explosive was used to collapse the entrance.

MTF Upsilon-4 guarded the mine shaft until TF Sigma-17 was sufficiently rebuild. Sigma-17 is currently guarding D-12028, keeping civilians away from the mine and planning the most efficient way to terminate D-12028. When D-12028 has been terminated, Sigma-17 is to collect as much tissue samples as possible for research purposes. All excess tissue is to be destroyed.

Note:
This guy could actually really help quite a few people, especially since one of those pills can basically undo years of heavy smoking. Hell, we could even make most physically disabled people walk again. All we have to do is listen to those 'one pill an hour' rule 5151-1 keeps telling everyone about.
