Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4962 is free to roam Site-19 from 6:30 to 22:00 (6:30 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.) The only exception for the curfew is a nocturnal containment breach.
The containment chamber of SCP-4962 is to be standard humanoid quarters with the exterior walls, floor and ceiling to be 2.3 meters (7 feet) thick. The containment chamber is to have running water and electricity.
After the curfew and SCP-4962 inside, the chamber of SCP-4962 is to be lifted 1 meter (3 feet) into the air by steel and zinc cables no larger than 3 centimeters in width.
In the event of a containment breach, SCP-4962 is to roam site-19 to revive personnel and escort them to a shelter.
Description:
SCP-4962 is an Italian female human measuring 1.66 meters (5 feet and 1inch). The main language of SCP-4962 is Italian, although SCP-4962 can speak accented English, and is currently learning to speak fluent English.
SCP4962 is able to move through objects with a thickness of at most 2 meters (6 feet).
Items that SCP-4962 touches will rapidly reverse any decomposition of the object. Cracking will also reverse.
SCP-4962 can heal and revive living entities by touching them.1 Scars, sicknesses, and disabilities such as blindness and paralysis will also be reversed. If a living entity is dead because of sickness, lactations, or even a crushed skull, SCP-4962 can revive them by touching them. During the reviving process, the body will glow white and the deceased is revived. In order for the body to be revived, the body cannot be in multiple pieces.
During multiple interviews, SCP-4962 has expressed her opinions toward some of the other anomalies stored at site-19, with a disgusted and sometimes desperate hatred. and it has been learned that SCP-4962 has a high IQ, along with psychic abilities. Further tests indicate that SCP-4962 can also heal instances of SCP-███-█, SCP-███-█ and SCP-███
SCP-4962 has been observed to have psychic abilities. Abilities have been observed to be:
Ability to sense living entities within a ten (8) meter radius; Ability to sense the emotions of living entities within a four (4) meter radius; Ability to sense what a human within a two (2) meter radius will say next.
During a containment breach, SCP-4962 will heal and revive personnel to escort them to a shelter. If an SCP is present at the body, SCP-4962 will insult the SCP, assault by slapping the SCP in the face, making it leave the room, sometimes later found curled up occasionaly into a ball in their containment chamber, crying.
