Special containment procedures: SCP-5563 is to be kept in a 3×3×3 meter containment chamber with no air vents within 50 meters of SCP-5563. The containment chamber is to have 2 armed personnel in class 3 hazmat suits at all times. Personnel who have been confirmed to be infected with with SCP-5563-2 are to be terminated via incineration except during testing which must be approved by at least two thirds of the 05 council. SCP-5563-3 instances are to be kept in a standard airtight humanoid containment cell and must never be allowed within 100 meters of each other no matter the substance between them.
Description: SCP-5563 is a tin garbage can missing its lid. At first glance it shows no anomalous properties, but if someone comes within 2 meters of SCP-5563 they will be compelled to look in the garbage can. If they do so they will see a green and brown sludge that is designated as SCP-5563-1. SCP-5563-1 is said to smell extremely sweet. People who smell SCP-5563-1 are compelled to consume SCP-5563-1. If SCP-5563-1 is aet the subject is considered to be infected with SCP-5563-2 and is to be incinerated before they can reach stage 2 of infection. SCP-5563-2 is an complex prion which resides in SCP-5563-1 fluids. When subject makes direct contact with SCP-5563-1 they have a ■■% chance of being infected with SCP-5563-2.
