Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5159 is to be contained in a ████████ room. Only D-Class personnel may enter the room and no personnel above should be in a 10-meter radius of SCP-5159. If anyone unauthorized enters the room with SCP-5159 they have to be given amnestics and be monitored for any strange behavior. If someone is already asleep it is instructed not to wake them up. Anyone who wakes up after 12 hours is to be interviewed. To clean the cell of SCP-5159 people are needed who do not know anything about the bed and are not seeing it. Once maintenance enters the 5159 is to be covered by a metal bed form. It is needed to clean the cell from the rust which spreads.

Description: Found in 2013 and moved to site-██. Scp agent ████ first saw the bed in an old nursing home. The bed looks old and rusty. Sometimes the rust spreads on surfaces that can't even have rust on them. 5159 cell needs to be cleaned once a week so that the rust doesn't spread. Otherwise, it looks like any other bed. It seems to attract people to it and once someone lays on it they fall asleep instantly. But if the person is not making contact they will not fall asleep. Even though the bed looks rusty and old from what we know it is comfortable. Once the victim is asleep he will dream nightmares for approximately 12 hours. If they are unlucky and they wake up as we know they live for approximately a week after that they will kill themself.

Addendum 5159.01: The test

D-4656 was instructed to enter SCP-5159 Containment cell. Instantly D-4656 was attracted to the bed. He started to lay on it. When D-4656 was asked how the bed felt he said it was comfortable and… When researchers asked to continue speaking he was already asleep. He slept for 11 hours 54 minutes and 13 seconds. Once he was awake his eyes were red and he was covered in sweat. He was shaking and once the researchers started asking questions he did not answer any of them. He was told he would be terminated but he still did not answer them. They took him to the interview room.

D-4656: Those creatures… Nevermind… I saw everything that I am scared of I saw my friends dead I saw them killing them. I saw my biggest fears. I was stuck there for eternity.

Dr. ███████: Creatures? Can you describe them?

D-4656: Tall. No face.

Dr. ███████: That's it? Can you give me more details?

D-4656: (starts shaking) No more, please. Let me out right now.

Dr. ███████: What's wrong with your eye… That's it let me out. The interview is over

Closing Statement: D-4656 Was taken to his cell and after 6 days have passed he was found dead. It is suspected that he smashed his head to the wall.

Addendum 5159.02: The second test

SCP-5159 was moved to Site-87 from Site-██ for Research.
SCP-5159 was covered in metal which was made to match SCP 5159 form.
D-6947 Entered 5159 cell at first he was attracted to the bed but once he approached the bed and layed on it he did not fall asleep. After a few minutes, he stood up and he was fine.

Addendum 5159.03: The last test

D-3654 Was instructed to enter the room with 5159 in it. As expected he layed on the bed. After exactly 1 hour D-8546 was told to enter the room. Interestingly enough D-8546 didn't experience any of 5159 effects. He was told to wake up the other D-Class personnel. He did that but D-3654 started shaking and spitting out blood. After 1 minute and 32 seconds he died.

Addendum 5159.04:Incident

Dr.Richard was a level █ personel as we know he acidently went in SCP-5159 room.
Of course, nothing changed and he fell asleep. After 5 hours Dr.█████ found him sleeping once he woke up he was immediately interviewed.
