Description: SCP-XXXX manifests in the form of a humanoid, possessing a physique consistent with that of a human male in his early twenties. SCP-XXXX is most commonly seen wearing a hooded jacket and donning a Guy Fawkes mask, often participating, or leading, protests advocating for postmodern anarchism. It is hypothesized that SCP-XXXX's mask presents itself as a form of a cognitohazard1. Coupled with SCP-XXXX's charisma, this may be how it manages to consolidate immense support within a short period of time. SCP-XXXX uploads videos and pictures to all media outlets irregularly. Nonetheless, all these posts involve a protest SCP-XXXX is currently in, sometimes appearing in multiple cities at once.

An unnamed individual donning a disturbing mask has spurred a rebellion against the French Occupation of Haiti. Abnormalities are surfacing around this individual. I sent my men to arrest him, but no man came to report to me after a day. I highly doubt the local Haitian population got to them, considering their superior firepower. However, Druscoe Corvon3 made an alarming observation. Out in the fields, my men were fighting alongside those workers. I request for the deployment of the French Army to suppress the resistance.
I highly support the designation of these men as traitors to the Republic and their subsequent execution.

A hero of the people has planted the seeds for the Revolution and the overturning of the fascist government of Spain. The said hero has relayed his message to the masses, of which his astounding confidence and devotion to the machinations of Anarchy restored pride within the Spanish people. His unique appearance has attracted much attention, after which many people have begun to craft copies of the hero's mask in honor of his legacy.

At this time, SCP-XXXX has come under the scrutiny of the Foundation. Due to its support for an ideology that encompasses the dismantlement of central authority, this poses a high risk towards the stability of the Foundation. All attempts to contain SCP-XXXX have failed. SCP-XXXX manifests and de-manifests on its own will, hence it has proven itself capable of evading containment.
Since the start of the digital age, SCP-XXXX has proven itself to be an info hazard. In 2002, an anonymous user had begun to upload videos featuring SCP-XXXX to YouTube, criticizing the lack of Internet transparency, right-wing nationalism and the existence of a centralized body of authority.
UPDATE: SCP-XXXX has gained popularity to the extent that covert containment is impossible. In 2003, followers of SCP-XXXX have established GoI-2599 ("Anonymous"). GoI-2599 presents itself as a serious threat to secrecy by hacking into government databases and unveiling classified documents to public attention. MTF Sigma-42 ("Internet Trolls") is to monitor and remove any undisclosed document linked to Foundation operations.
