Report on Incident-θ
---
██/██/20██: 2 days and 11 hours after the deaths of the three D-Class personnel (who were infected with SCP-XXXX-1), 4 Foundation staff in Site-15 were confirmed dead. With the exception of one staff member who was found along the corridor leading to her living quarters, the rest were discovered within their living quarters by guards after continued absence from their workspace. Site-15 was locked down and investigations drew a common conclusion that all deceased personnel were decapitated.
██/██/20██: Blood samples confirm the existence of SCP-XXXX-1. Inspection of their logged on-site activity revealed they were assigned to food delivery to D-Class subjects infected by SCP-XXXX on ██/██/20██. According to Senior Researcher Dr. Benedictus Reeve, who was assigned to experiment on SCP-XXXX on that day, claimed that none of the staff came into contact with SCP-XXXX in any way. This was corroborated by Junior Researcher Tom Schlinger. All food trays within Site-15 were inspected by on-site containment specialists.
██/██/20██: Inspection has revealed the existence of SCP-XXXX-1 on multiple food trays. All food trays within Site-15 were transferred to a junkyard in ███████. All staff in Site-15 were administered Class-A amnestics via ventilation systems.
Despite the series of unfortunate events that have occurred recently, this has made us realize that SCP-XXXX was more of a danger than we thought it was. We are considering the possibility that SCP-XXXX-1 can be spread by physical touch. I have also observed that subjects who were infected by SCP-XXXX-1 by SCP-XXXX expired within hours, but those who were indirectly infected expired after days. Thus, subjects indirectly infected by SCP-XXXX-1 would be asymptomatic for days, weeks, even months. I believe this issue needs to be known to the O5 Council. Please advise. - Dr. Gallaway
