Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9999-A, SCP-9999-B and SCP-9999-C are to be contained in regular sized rooms, separated from each other. The room must also contain an arena within a 2 meter radius from the 3 SCP's, otherwise SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B will start spinning on their own, while SCP-9999-C will start floating in the room. There's no know cause for these behaviors. Since 01/03/20██ (See Addendum 9999-02B), for testing purposes, SCP-9999-A, SCP-9999-B and SCP-9999-C must be moved to testing site 58, made out of a special alloy of Lead, just to handle the power of the SCP's.

Description: SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B are 2 spinning tops made out of a zinc alloy and plastic. Both SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B were found with 2 plastic objects, used to launch them, with one of them later named SCP-9999-C.

Discovery:
SCP-9999-A, SCP-9999-B and SCP-9999-C were discovered on 10/██/20██ in a relatively small apartment in Bulgaria, after the apartment was mysteriously destroyed. The people found there where 15 yr old [DATA EXPUNGED] and 15 yr old [DATA EXPUNGED]. After some testing, it has been confirmed, that the 3 instances of SCP-9999 do not exert any abnormal behavior when they aren't in proximity of one another. It's only when they are in one place, and the 2 tops are battling, is when they start to exert abnormal behavior. The battles have to include SCP-9999-C as SCP-9999-B's launcher. When 2 test subjects launch the 2 spinning tops, at first there won't be any weird or abnormal behavior - the 2 tops will carry out a battle. After 5 battles have passed though, the paranormal behavior starts. In the middle of the battle, the 2 subjects will suddenly begin acting as if possessed. They will start shouting stuff along the lines of: "Attack!'', ''Don't give up!'', ''I will destroy you!'', etc. At some point in the battle, the subjects will shout: ''PEGASUS!'' and "DIABLO DESTROY!" and 2 mystical creatures - a blue-ish pegasus and a red-ish dragon, will pop out of the spinning tops and the 2 tops will clash, destroying everything in a 125.6 meter radius, except a special alloy of Lead, the subjects and SCP-9999-A, SCP-9999-B and SCP-9999-C. After this event is over, the 2 test subjects will go unconscious, after which they have a 50% chance of surviving. The 2 tops will soon stop, with the ''pegasus'' top usually stopping last. If the subject/s survive, they don't remember anything about the 2 abnormal objects or the event that happened. Testing since 05/25/20██ shows that SCP-9999-A, SCP-9999-B and SCP-9999-C only have Euclid behavior, when they are in one place, which classifies SCP-9999 as "Safe".

Test 01A - 05/28/20██

Subject: D-Class Personnel

Procedure: SCP-9999-A used in a spinning top battle with another spinning top.

Results: SCP-9999-A did not show any paranormal activities.

Analysis: SCP-9999-A doesn't act abnormaly with other spinning tops. Further investigation is required.

Addendum 9999-01B
Test 01B - 06/15/20██

Subject: D-Class Personnel

Procedure: SCP-9999-A used in a spinning top battle with SCP-9999-B using SCP-9999-C as a launcher for SCP-9999-B.

Results: A perfect 125.6 meter circle in testing site 58 was destroyed, except the test subjects and the 3 instances of SCP-9999. One of the test subjects died, and the other one didn't remeber anything prior to the battles.

Analysis: A battle between SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B doesn't stay in the test subjects memory. Investigation is ongoing.

Test 01C - 06/20/20██

Subject: D-Class Personnel

Procedure: Launching a spinning top, other than SCP-9999-B with SCP-9999-C.

Results: No paranormal activities shown by the spinning tops.

Analysis: SCP-9999-C doesn't give other spinning tops paranormal abilities. Further investigation is optional.

Procedure: Launching SCP-9999-A with SCP-9999-C.

Results: SCP-9999-A didn't show any paranormal abilities.

Analysis: SCP-9999-C doesn't give SCP-9999-A paranormal abilities. Investigation is required.

Addendum 9999-02A
Test 02A - 11/13/20██

Subject: D-Class Personnel

Procedure: Launching SCP-9999-B with SCP-9999-C.

Results: SCP-9999-B showed controllable movement in the bowl it was launched in.

Analysis: SCP-9999-C gives SCP-9999-B the ability to move around by command. Investigation from now on is optional.

Addendum 9999-02B
Test 02B - 01/03/20██

Subject: D-class Personnel

Procedure: Testing different materials for battles between SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B

Results: Only a newly discovered alloy of lead could withstand the explosion. About half of the D-Class Personnel died.

Analysis: New alloy of lead is safe against the explosion. No more research is to be done and testing site 58 is to be made out if this alloy of lead. Death rate from the battles has been declared to be 50%.

Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED]: Sure. Testing showed, that SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B don't exert any abnormal behavior when battling any other spinning top. we also concluded, that SCP-9999-C doesn't give any other spinning tops paranormal abilities, except for SCP-9999-B
Dr. ████: What paranormal abilities did SCP-9999-B gain?
Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED]: SCP-9999-B was controllable by command. We could say something like "Spiral Motion!'' and SCP-9999-B would do a spiraling motion.
Dr. ████: That is interesting. Can you tell me how SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B acted in battle?

Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED]: Well what's interesting about it is that, SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B only exerted abnormal behavior when they were battling each other, and when SCP-9999-B was launched with SCP-9999-C.

Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED]: Not at first. I won't go into detail right now, because i have to go back to testing site 58 soon.

Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED]: Hello again.

Dr. ████: Today i want to ask you, what was SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B's behavior in a battle between the two?

Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] Yeah, i couldn't explain before, so this was the behavior. In the first 4 battles, SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B were acting normaly.
Dr. ████: What do you mean by normaly?
Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] They weren't showing any paranormal abilities. It was only in the 5th battle when it started to get weird.
Dr. ████: What happened?
Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] What happened was, somewhere in the middle of the battle, the 2 D-class Personnel started to act strangely, as if possessed by something. They would start to shout commands like "Attack!", and it was getting really confusing.
Dr. ████: What happened after that?
Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] After like a minute of the 2 subjects throwing commands, both screamed: "Pegasus!" and "Diablo Destroy!", and after that a blue-ish pegasus and a red-ish dragon popped out of the 2 SCP's and the tops clashed.
Dr. ████: What happened after that?2
Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] There was like a perfect explosion, which had the circumference of 125.6 meters roughly, after which exactly a 125.6 meter circumference was literally destroyed, but the D-Class Personnel and the 3 instances of SCP-9999 were intact. No damage at all.
Dr. ████ What happened to the D-Class Personnel after that?
Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] Both of them went unconscious, after which one died, and the other, when asked, couldn't remember a thing from what happened.
