Initiation: PENDING EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
Details: Deployment of MTF units to actively suppress information related to SCP-XXXX-1 as well as quarantine of infected populations.

MTF BETA-7 ["Maz Hatters"] is tasked to facilitate transfer and termination of infected populations in Foundation sites.

MTF IOTA-10 ["Damn Feds"] is tasked to facilitate transfer of judicial matters related to SCP-XXXX-1 from law enforcement to Foundation QRFs.

MTF EPSILON-6 ["Village Idiots"] is tasked to organize a mass incineration program of rural residences owned by infected.

MTF PI-1 ["City Slickers"] is tasked to decommission all urban residences owned by infected.

MTF GAMMA-5 ["Red Herrings"] is tasked to launch a mass amnesticization and disinformation campaign. Deaths related to SCP-XXXX-1 are to be publicized as a result of a flawed drug manufactured by ███████. Decommissioning is to be publicized as a response to safety concerns regarding low structural integrity of the building. A quarantine zone of 250m radius is to be established, with Foundation QRFs posed as law enforcement officers.


After Incident-θ, it has come to the attention of the Foundation that SCP-XXXX-1 is currently UNCONTAINED. It is estimated that SCP-XXXX-1 would have reached nearly every major city in the world by now. We thought we were able to contain this. Look at the world now. I believe BLACK SALVATION PROTOCOL will provide the most effective solution, or at least, maintenance of the Veil. I acknowledge the questionable ethical standards regarding this procedure, but I believe, we have run out of choices.
