Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6000 is to be kept in a 7.75x7.25x10 inch container secured by a seven numbered code. Scp 6000 is not to be taken out of the container except for testing purposes. Approved by at least two personnel of clearance level four. Or by one of the o5 council. SCP-5000 is not to be removed from containment until confirmation that sector 17 of site [REDACTED] is clear of any members of the cult of the wolf who has shown mastery of disguise and subterfuge. Those infected by SCP-6000 are named SCP-6000-2 as soon as symptoms appear, all infected are to be contained in a 3.65x4.87 meter room made out of 5-inch thick concrete silver mix. Any instances of SCP-5000-2 are to be kept calm at all times. It seems that Bethovens Moonlit Sonata played in the background is most effective, at keeping instances of SCP-6000-2 calm.
In the event of a containment breach of SCP-6000-2 Hecatolite or moonstone can be used to revert all instances back to their human state. In the event that the Hecatolite is resisted silver-tipped bullets are to be used in the termination of the current subjects involved in the containment breach. Refer to document SCP-6000-2A
Description: SCP-6000 is a glass beaker with a yellow glowing liquid inside with a large cork to keep the liquid in. tests on the liquid reveal aggressive single-cell organisms. Designated SCP-6000-1 Exposure to sunlight puts them into a dormant state. Exposure to moonlight makes them active making the SPC in question divide at an accelerated rate. Exposure to sunlight afterward seems to cause the new cells to die and disintegrate. Exposure to Hecatolite also seems to render these cells inert
When SCP-6000 comes into contact with a human the organism will take root in the chest of the victim. After settling the organism will begin to spread at a rapid rate taking a week to completely infect the entire body. As soon as this process is complete the organism will completely mask its presence in the victim. Those infected with SCP-6000 have reported feeling an unbearable thirst and hunger, craving meat the most regardless if they were vegans or not.
When an F-class event is underway those infected will begin to transform observation concludes that this process is incredibly painful. After the transformation is complete victims will enter a “hunting” phase, wherein they will search for any animals or humans to consume. If none are found the subject will enter a rage state looking for anything meat-based to consume. Once a sufficient amount has been located the subject will consume the meat. Unfortunately, this only temporarily sates the subject for approximately ten to fifteen minutes before the cycle repeats.
Testing will continue until a cure can be found.
SCP-6000 was found in a cave system in [DATA REDACTED] Romania
The item was protected by a cult who believed that inflicting their members with SCP-5000 was the next stage in human life. Several on-site operatives fought a long and exhausting battle, to the point that the cult of the wolf unleashed their infected members. Hecatolite was used to subdue all instances. Eventually, the cult was overwhelmed, all cult members terminated and SCP-6000 safely contained.
Addendum: those infected by SCP-6000 will become one of five different versions of SCP-6000-2
Number 1: A male class D subject was brought into the testing chamber. Approximately 5’9 and 170lbs. Subject was exposed to SCP-6000-1. After a period of approximately 30 seconds the catalyst triggered.
10 seconds after catalyst: muscle mass increased by 1.5 times its normal size. Muscles tore and rearranged and the blood vessels appeared to snap in two before reconnecting as soon as the increase in mass was finished.
20 seconds after catalyst: thick fur grew out of several pores on the subject including on the feet, hands and face.
30 seconds after catalyst: The teeth of the subject lengthened into fangs the most notable of this was the left and right mandibular bicuspids and the left and right maxillary bicuspids. Which lengthened further than any other tooth. The nails of the subject split allowing the growth of several sharp claws.
40 seconds after catalyst: the ears of the subject appeared to shift into a more pointed form. This is due in theory to a need to increase audio range and sensitivity. The nose of the subject appeared to shift into a more wolven variety. When tested it appeared this increased the sense of smell. Making it one hundred times more sensitive than a human sense of smell
50 seconds after catalyst: all changes hereby ceased making the subject appear as the wolfman depicted in many stories. Hereby this type is to be classified as SCP-6000-2A.
Number 2: A female D-class subject was brought into the testing chamber. Subject does not have any particularly noticeable muscle. Subject is 5’7 and 160 lbs Eyes of subject is brown in color. Scp-6000 was brought into the chamber. D-class was then exposed to scp-6000 changes began 30 seconds after exposure.
10 seconds after catalyst: muscle mass increased by 2.5 times normal size changing the subject from thin to well built.
20 seconds after catalyst: white fur covered the entire body unlike Scp-6000-2A fur covered the entire body. The hair of the subject which was short and black appeared to lengthen to the subjects back and changing from black to white.
30 seconds after catalyst: teeth in subject lengthened into fangs unlike Scp-6000-2A the fangs in the subject grew 1.8 times longer. Like Scp-6000-2A the finger nails split allowing sharp claws to grow.
40 seconds after catalyst: ears of subject appear to lengthen and shift to the top of the head increasing hearing ability. The jaw of the subject appeared to lengthen into a wolven snout. The heels of the subject also lengthened causing the subject to stand on the balls of the feet. The muscles in the thighs and calves greatly strengthen. A furry tail grew from the tail bone of the subject brown eyes of the subject turned cyan.
50 seconds after catalyst: Changes cease subject appeared to be complete half human half wolf. Subject marked as Scp-5000-2B experiments with Scp-6000-2B are mentioned in document Scp-6000-2B-E
Number 3: another male class D subject was brought to the test area subject has no discernable muscle and is in fact overweight. Weight is over 300 lbs and 6’2 Subject was exposed to SCP-6000 catalyst triggered after 20 seconds.
20 seconds after catalyst: subject began to rapidly lose weight until small and lean.
30 seconds after catalyst: subject gains a small amount of muscle mass. Fur begins to grow on the subject, along with extension of of the heels and the growth of a muzzle like SCP-6000-2B
40 seconds after catalyst: subject grows a small tail from the tailbone unlike 6000-2A or 2B the ears became sealed behind a shell like growth that grew on the head. This growth made the subject more aerodynamic increasing its speed significantly causing a near containment breach.

50 seconds after catalyst: changes cease. The changes for the subject seemed to focus on pure speed. This particular iteration of SCP-6000 has been observed to run faster than most commercial cars. Walls have been observed to be completely ineffective in stopping SCP-5000-2C
Number 4: female class D subject was brought into the chamber subject is approximately 5’3 170 lbs. subject was exposed to SCP-6000 after one minute in which we thought subject was immune
The catalyst triggered.
10 seconds after catalyst: subject shows extreme discomfort as height dramatically increases. Subject is now 8’6
20 seconds after catalyst: muscle mass increases by a high amount at least four times. Ears of the subject moves to the top of the head. Red fur began to grow from the skin of subject.
30 seconds from catalyst: face of subject grows into a wolven snout. Heels extend until the subject is standing on balls of the feet. Transformation takes a different turn ivory spines begin to grow from the spine and the backs of the arms and legs.
40 seconds after catalyst: claws grow from the fingers and toes. The expected tail grows from tailbone
50 seconds after catalyst: changes cease the growth of spines was an unexpected mutation from the other four iterations of the transformation. Testing shows that this iteration can launch its spines as offensive weapons. It can also merge several of its spines into one large elbow blade. Subject designated SCP-6000-2D
Number 5: male class D subject brought to testing chamber. Subject is approximately 5’12 and 190lbs. Subject is exposed to SCP-6000. Catalyst triggered after 50 seconds
10 seconds after catalyst: subjects entire body begins to grow. Fur rapidly covers entire body. Subjects teeth falls out, replaced with fangs.
20 seconds after catalyst: a loud snap was reported as the spine snapped and lengthened forcing the subject onto both hands and knees. Tail has grown in at this time.
30 seconds after catalyst: face lengthens into a wolven snout. Three of the subjects toes and fingers fuse into three large toes. Transforming hands and feet into paws. Claws grow from the paws.
40 seconds from catalyst: subjects knees reverse position. Ears have also moved to the top of the subjects head
50 seconds after catalyst: changes have ceased at this point subject has transformed into a giant wolf. Subject designated SCP-6000-2E
Addendum 2 : due to the rarity of silver it is theorized that SCP-294 should be able to provide sufficient amounts of silver needed for construction of the silver cement mixture for containment of instances of SCP-6000-2
Addendum 3: Under no Circumstances are any instance of SCP-6000-2 to come into eye contact with any instances of SCP-2191.clashes between the two have resulted in medieval folklore. Documents found at a Cult of the Wolf, described an event where instances of SCP-6000-2 came into contact with instances of SCP-2191-1. Both instances then commenced into an immense battle with nearby humans caught in the crossfire. Interference by SCP personnel resulted in mass casualties before containment.
