Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently cryogenically frozen in a High-Priority Humanoid Facility chamber, equipped with electricity sensory around the walls at Site-05. If SCP-XXXX regains his consciousness and attempts to flee, MTF-Alpha-13 (“Lightning Gods”) are to subdue the anomaly in close-range with high voltage stun-batons.1
Description: SCP-XXXX is a seventeen-year-old Caucasian male humanoid, formally know as Zachary Fox. SCP-XXXX has no defining anomalous features. The subject can phase through any objects by controlling the quantum particles in his body, including an object's quantum state at will. However, it causes instantaneous structural damage to the surrounding area. Additionally, it is observed that SCP-XXXX can’t control this aspect of his ability when under emotional distress, even inflicting unintentional self-harm in the process.
SCP-XXXX came to the Foundation’s attention after a robbery of an ice-cream shop resulted in a conflict between the anomaly and the robber. This ended in SCP-XXXX being put into police custody. Upon seizing the security footage from the shop, the subject’s anomalous ability was revealed, added on by testimony from the robber that experienced the anomalous ability first-hand. The subject was immediately taken to Site-03 by Foundation agents embedded within the police department.
Addendum XXXX.1: Interview
Three days after his official containment, SCP-XXXX escaped his cell the second time. The subject had been fleeing through the hallway when one of the site guards came across the anomaly and pulled out his taser. SCP-XXXX had laughed mockingly and decided to engage the guard in a close-range battle for an unknown reason. The site guard promptly took down the subject after being electrocuted by the device. Due to this, the containment specialist concluded to use the same components made out of tesla gates to integrate around the subject's containment.
Addendum XXXX.2: On 09/25/2012 at midnight, Director Fox had entered SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber.
Following her reckless actions, O5-█ has enrolled the decision to haul the subject to site-05 and remove Director Fox from the project due to being personally involved with the anomaly.
The subject broke free from his electric collar and breached containment for the third time, and beelined towards Director Fox’s office upon being transported.
Fortunately, No SCP objects breached containment breached no containment except for SCP-XXXX. Unfortunately, upon investigating, the subject lost control of his anomalous ability due to his unstable mental state, causing site-03 to collapse three meters deep into its foundation. The incident resulted in seventeen deaths and ten injured. SCP-XXXX was recovered within the facility and was subdued by MTF-Alpha-13 accompanied by Direct Fox. All SCP objects have been transported to a temporary site in the meantime.
Upon examination, SCP-XXXX had suffered three broken ribs, concussion and lung ruptured. Due to received wounds in utilizing his own ability, the subject has been put through emergency surgery. SCP-XXXX is currently stable.
Addendum XXXX.3: After Incident-XXXX, an emergency meeting was conducted by Ethics Committee, Containment Recourse Committee and the O5 council to find a solution to SCP-XXXX’s life in containment. During the meeting, attendants threw several notions. However, none was suitable to be ethically correct; at the end of the session, Director Fox had broken her silence and brought forth a solution to put SCP-XXXX in a cryogenic chamber.
Because the suggestion comes from the person who is closer to the subject, Ethics Committee and the O5 council agreed on the containment procedures with CRC, thus going further with the course of action.
Forewords: Director Fox has been given the last chance to say farewell to the subject before putting him to sleep.
Director Fox: You're going to be ok.
SCP-XXXX: It’s freezing in here, Lilian. I wouldn’t say I like it. Can I get out?
Director Fox: I’m sorry, Zach.
SCP-XXXX: Why am I here? Lilian? Why are they doing this?
Director Fox: It was me. I put you here.
SCP-XXXX: Why? I’m… I’m sorry, Lilian. I did a horrible thing. I-I promise I wouldn’t do it again. Lilian!
(SCP-XXXX tries to touch the glass but retracts his hand.)
Director Fox: It’s for your and others safety. You need to understand.
SCP-XXXX: No! I- YOU PROMISED ME! You can’t leave me like this.
Director Fox: I wish I could take you out of there, but I think it’s best for you.
SCP-XXXX: No! You just want to get rid of me!
(Fox etches forward the pod and places her hand.)
Director Fox: (whispering) No! No! Zach, look at me! I’ll come back to you. I’ll return. You need to trust me.
(Pauses.)
SCP-XXXX: I want to know - do you love me? Do I matter?
Director Fox: Yes! Yes! You do! You are my brother Zach. You are the reason why I’m alive. If it weren’t for you… (voice breaking) I wouldn’t be standing here.
SCP-XXXX: Do you promise? That you'll come back to me?
Director Fox: Yes… I promise.
SCP-XXXX: I want to hug you. It’s cold in here.
(Fox takes her hand away from the pod.)
Director Fox: Me too. I know you’re cold. But it has to happen.
SCP-XXXX: When I wake up, will you be here?
(Fox stand motionless, her two hands remain beside her hips.)
Director Fox: Yes, I’ll be here when you wake up. Sleep tight.
SCP-XXXX: In the end, there’s still a wall between us.
(The subject closes his eyes, presumably asleep. Director Fox remain on her spot about a minute before a guard and the new leading researcher of SCP-XXXX, Dr Hemsworth, enters the chamber.)
Guard: You are needed at site-03.
Director Fox: Alright.
(Fox walks towards the door and faces Hemsworth.)
Director Fox: Take care of him.
Dr Hemsworth: Will do. Don’t worry.
