Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5002 is to be kept in a 10 by 20 meter room with furniture and a 1 by 2 meter bathroom in Site-205.SCP-5002 is clear to walk around Site 205 and has been cleared to help with tests on SCP-5001 and SCP-5001-2.
SCP-5002 is not clear to walk out of Site 205 until the special features given to him by SCP-5001-2 have been reversed by the facility.

Description: SCP-5002 is a humanoid creature, about 6 feet in height.The humanoid came out of SCP-5001.SCP-5002 has a human face with branch like objects going through it and long arms with sharp claw like fingers.
SCP-5002 claims to have been a human once before changing to what he is now after spending 23 years in SCP-5001-2. SCP-5002s body is covered in branch like objects and leaves.

SCP-5002:There are two ways the forest gets you,way one: when you are walking back you
get teleported into the forest by a ████████.Way two,the soil gives out chemicals that pass
you out and then the ground takes you,your body is now underground but your mind is in a
fake dream version of SCP-5001-2
Dr.Stevens:Well that's quite…eh…interesting.What happens to your body after the ground
takes it?

SCP-5002:Well you slowly suffocate and get used as fertilizer for the plants.In the dream
forest you get attacked and killed by one of the creatures.As you can see, the real forest
is more cruel

Dr.Johnson:Dr.Stevens has been in a bit of an accident recently,Iwill be his replacement for the
time being.My name is Dr.Johnson

SCP-5002:Alright,well I can't give you more information about the forest

Dr.Johnson:No 5002 that's not what i came here for.I came here to ask you if you know a way
to reverse what 5001-2 has done to your body

SCP-5002:A lot of my knowledge has been erased since I came back,but what I remember is
that the lake in the middle of SCP-5001-2 was created to repel and terminate the creatures of
5001-2.When I was still human I used it to remove the parasite on my body but then I started
using the parasite to blend in and avoid the creatures

Dr.Johnson:So you think this lake will help you?

SCP-5002:Yes,but I'll need protection from the creatures

Dr.Johnson:Well with the information that you gave us in the past we will help you get to the
lake and get back,we'll send 4 MTF agents with you.Once you are free of the "parasite"
we will send you back into the world.Just remember,the world has changed a lot in the past 25
years that you have been both in the forest and the facility

SCP-5002:Dr.Johnson,before we go into the forest,I need to give you information about the
creatures

Dr.Johnson:Yeah go ahead

SCP-5002:The creatures take the appearance and act like the creatures that the first
person or animal that sees it,is most fearful of

Dr.Johnson:So you mean the creatures can turn into anything?

SCP-5002:They turn into what you are most scared of.If any of the MTF agents are scared of
any of the SCPs,the creatures will turn into those SCPs but way less powerful.

Dr.Johnson:I'll tell them the information you just gave.Thank you for telling me this

SCP-5002 Parasite Removal Test 20/12/2018

SCP-5002 and 4 MTF agents head into SCP-5001-2.They encounter 2 SCP-939 like creatures at the entrance to the "Main forest zone". The MTF agents fire at the creatures and terminate them.The MTF agents and SCP-5002 get to the lake and SCP-5002
bathes in the lake.The parasite seems to have come off and SCP-5002 has become 5 foot 6 inches and all the branch like objects fall of his skin.On their way back to the "Entry-Exit zone", a SCP-173 like creature blocks their way.The MTF agents that have
been trained to avoid SCP-173 make SCP-5002 run to the exit zone.SCP-5002 exits SCP-5001-2 and then enters the observatory point of SCP-5001 containment room.3 MTF Agents exit the path 2 minutes later followed by SCP-5001-173.
20 MTF agents run into the containment room of SCP-5001 and start using the weapons provided by SCP-5002 to terminate SCP-5001-173.

SCP-5002 has been released from Site 13 on the 5th of January 2019 and now goes by the name █████████. Due to the help of ██████ Site 13 workers managed to pull out everyone that was taken by SCP-5001.Site 13 then Poured 1000kg of concrete on SCP-5001 because
of ███████ wishes to destroy the path.
