The entity would express distress over any harm done to people, and seemingly has no control over this power.
Testing would need to be done over varying circumstances, such as if an injury is mentioned over a recording, if animals could be affected, or if it could be used in positive methods.
Likely this would be a Euclid class entity, as, so long as none of the aforementioned afflictions are mentioned, no issues would occur. But as per the guidelines, all sapient beings are to be classified a minimum of Euclid.
The entity would be explicitly forbidden from interacting with SCP-049 out of concern for creating some other disease of which the "Pestilence" could lead the imagination to.
