SCP-5957 is a sentient mansion, the building itself measuring around 3,499.23 square feet, with the pool and tennis court measuring at around 5,839.17 square feet combined.

Although the subject is capable of speech, its' IQ seems to be that of an average (12) twelve year old human child. This speculation cannot be confirmed as we currently have no means to test a mansion's level of intelligence. SCP-5957 "speaks" with its' walls. A subject that stands inside the mansion would being hearing a surround sound when it talks. It likes to chat with anyone who comes inside the mansion and is very cooperative with the doctors and researchers.
SCP-5957 has a rather strange ability. It is able to manifest into a small humanoid avatar with the size of that of a 5 year old. It is unable to "speak" with its' walls when in this state. The avatar is a ghost-like being completely devoid of facial features, genitals, hair or any other details which could distinguish if it had a gender. It claims to be a female as an avatar, but refers to itself as "they" when the avatar dissipates. The avatar cannot leave the Mansion, otherwise it would dissipate. Through a few tests, we were able to find out that the avatar can only exist for approximately 20 hours before dissipating. To form another avatar, SCP-5957 has to wait exactly 13 hours before doing so. We speculate that it's because the avatar uses up SCP-5957's supposed "energy" if it had any, and it has to wait for its' energy to recover before expending it again.
