Special Containament Procedures: SCP-6691 is to be contained in a 6 x 6 x 5 cell with two baracaded ventalation units, one on either side of the room. Three steel doors are to be locked at all times, with the exception of testing, feeding, and repairs. The entire room, inculding the doors and vents must be lamintaed in an acid resistant material.

The temperature is to be kept between 45 degrees and 55 degrees farenhiet. Anything warmer or cooler may result in the escaping of SCP-6691. Four pressure sensors are to be placed in the top corners of the room, to ensure SCP-6691's presence. Cameras and photographs are incapabe of viewing SCP-6691, and all footage or images will be produced entierly black. It is to be fed four pounds of sugar or sugar and three pounds of a chocolate based candy per week. Only a child, age fifteen or younger may serve the food to SCP-6691. No servers over the age of 15 are permited to feed SCP-6691.

Durring maintainance, SCP-6691 must be removed from its cell, and taken to an identical one by a child, age 15 or under. Durring SCP-6691's transition, all adults must be removed from the path it will take.

Description: SCP-6691, given the nickname "Crying girl" by staff units, has chin length white hair that does not appear to grow. It's skin is devoid of pigmentation, and appears to be a female. SCP-6691 wears a black, floor length dress that covers it's hands. It has not been know to ever remove it's dress. The most notable fact is its mouth, which can open three times the size of a normal humans. It has a black, corrosive liquid that pours from its mouth. The liquid has a tar like consistancy. It does not have teeth.

SCP-6691 reacts violently to adults. SCP-6691 will sit down, and hunch itself over. Then it will begin to wail and cry as if it were in terrible distress. Should the person approach SCP-6691, it will proceed to turn around, and bite down on the victim. Despite it's lack of teeth, its bite can be fatal. There is no way to reverse the corrosive effects, however, there is a way to halt it. The afflicted part must be removed immidiately, and the wound covered in margerine. The wound must remain covered for a week, and can then be treated like any other wound.

SCP-6691 does not respond violently to children however. This being the reason that children must be the ones to maintain the closest contact with SCP-6691. If given the chance, SCP-6691 will begin to play games with the children it comes in contact with. After varying tests, SCP-6691 has been noted to enjoy playing with dolls and other feminine children's toys.

Reports of SCP-6691's sighting (before being contained) are typically from parents, who in one way or another, saw their child playing with a character that matches SCP-6691's description. SCP-6691 would play with their child until realizing that an adult figure was veiwing it. It would then abruptly assume a hunched over position, and begin crying. Three of the parents have survived. One has lost a limb due to the corrosive liquid that SCP-6691 produces. They reported that once they turned around and returned to their work, the crying stopped, and upon further inspection, SCP-6691 was reported to have vanished.

SCP-6691 is thought to be one of its kind. It was found in a murder victim house, in which [redacted] and his wife [redacted] were found dead, and their daughter, [redacted] was deemed as missing. Two weeks later, [redacted] and adult male, age 23, and his girlfriend of four years, [redacted] were convicted of the murder. SCP-6691 is thought to possibly be linked to the murder, but experts are unsure.
