Special Containment Procedures: In SCP-5017's cell, the room temperature should always be set to 41.1 degrees Celsius to keep the mood of SCP-5017 stable. All objects in the room (including the cell itself) must be stuck firmly to the ground or have a strong gravitational pull to the ground to keep SCP-5017 from using its levitation powers to heave objects around the room. If SCP-5017 proceeds to be aggressive, shock SCP-5017 with 25 volts of electricity to temporarily SCP-5017. To have a successful interview with the multilingual SCP-5017, a child subject is preferred to be sent in due to SCP-5017's fondness to children. Interviews with adults commonly end in refusal to reply or meet the demands of the subject.
Description: SCP-5017 is an entity with a slim and ovoid head and black-engulfed eyes, consisting of other slim parts. Furthermore, SCP-5017 is always seen with a cone-like object attached to its head and shows signs of anxiety daily. It's approximately .2286 meters tall and weighs .142857 stones. SCP-5017 doesn't require humanly things such as food water, or sleep. SCP-5017 can also be kept alone for a long period of time without aid from another life form.
SCP-5017 shows its ability to use telepathy and levitation of its self and other class-d personnel upon entering the room daily. It's a peaceful creature upon nature. However, when SCP-5017 is met with a child-hostile situation, SCP-5017 will show no remorse and do everything in its power to eliminate the aggressor. After 30 minutes, SCP-5017 will put anyone within a 5-meter radius into a deep state of depression and/or anxiety that will wear off after another 30 minutes if out of the 5-meter radius.
The Dust Dweller was found in the Colorado Plateau at approximately 2:30 PM Eastern time on May 12th, 2019 wandering around aimlessly. After some mild aggression, our team was successful in capturing.
