Discovery[SCP-6078 was found during Halloween of 2003 when suiside rates drastically went up in a small town of [REDACTED] and a red figure started appering. when suiside rates went up 48% at this point foundation was concated before it got contaned, it killed five more people wich included 3 staff members and 2 civilians.
