Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6193 is to be contained in light containment in a 10ftx10ftx10ft cast-iron cell. At all times there shall be 1-3 guards guarding 2 3ft wide iron doors to its chamber. In no way shall the SCP be seen except by CCTV otherwise there is the possibility of a loss of security or research personnel. This SCP shall not be seen by anyone except anyone willing to go under extreme pain and Inevitable death.

Description: SCP-6193 is a creature of unknown origins. We can observe this entity from a remote observation room with CCTV footage. 04 Clearance is required to enter. D-class are to be tested on this subject regularly. No personnel knows what it looks like, but we know from Dr.███ that SCP-6193 is some kind of creature inside a large mirror. Despite many attempts of destroying SCP-6193, none have prevailed, and all of the staff that tried to destroy it, have deceased because of this SCP-6193.

We know this SCP kills its victims by luring its victims in with some kind of mimicking technique. It would mimic a dead loved one's voice and lure the victim into this mirror while causing extreme pain to the subject. Then would suck the victim into SCP-6193-1 A faint scream can be heard by CCTV, We do not currently know what happens to the victim inside SCP-6193-1.

Currently, this is all we know about this subject because it has recently fallen into the care of SCP Site 108 (Transfering) and no research has been transferred with this entity. This document has been edited on 6/14/2021
