Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard SCP containment cell at all times. It is kept alone, but if a scientist wishes to go in, they are authorized unhindered access to it, unless they seek to touch it. That is completely prohibited. Along with these regulations, the scientist must wear [DATA EXPUNGED] at all times to protect from blindness.

[DATA EXPUNGED], so it is regularly left unguarded. However, if there is a security breach of any moving SCP, SCP-XXXX is to be heavily guarded by no less than three armed guards at all times, until the security breach has been dealt with.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a shade of green like that of plutonium. The only main difference is that it glows [DATA EXPUNGED], as it appears to be some form of stable plasma. The plasma is kept in a case made from a metal known as [DATA EXPUNGED], with a glass surrounding it stronger than the actual metal itself, allowing it to be viewed. SCP-XXXX has no known source of fuel or anything to power it. Experiments by D-Class Personnel has shown that if one is to touch the glass on the case, it will burn off the victims hand in a matter of nanoseconds. Should the victim keep their hand on the glass any longer than estimated [DATA EXPUNGED], they will turn into a pile of ash.

The origin of SCP-XXXX is completely unknown, but many theorize that it was man made. However, whence more is known about this SCP, it is planned to be used for an unlimited source of power that could possibly power the entirety of North America.
