Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 15 meter by 15 meter cell with walls made of concrete approximately .3 meters thick with at least one light ficture or skylight window made of bulletproof glass. The cell must have one twin sized mattress and must be checked for holes or cracks once a week by D-Class personnel. At least one guard must be stationed to monitor SCP-XXXX. To prevent containment breaches, XXXX must have some form of interaction with another living being in 24 hour intervals.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid being 1.79 meters tall and 78.7 kilograms in weight. Subject is genetically human and appears to be an adolescent male in its late teenage years. It has pale blond hair that is constantly matted and greasy, even when willingly brushed or cut by staff or SCP-XXXX. Its eyes are large and almond shaped, with milky white irises. Patches cover any area on its body that has been previously wounded and has healed. When these expanses of skin are marred again, they either change to another skin tone or to XXXX's primary skin tone.
SCP-XXXX shows extreme flexibility, capable of bending its body in ways unachievable by most humans. For example, SCP-XXXX can twist its neck 340 degrees, similar to an owl. SCP-XXXX lacks a respiratory system and does not require oxygen for survival. Although it lacks the organs necessarily for human speech, it is still able to communicate. Through testing on [DATA EXPUNGED], it was revealed that SCP-XXXX knows broken English.
SCP-XXXX is mainly comprised of muscular tissue, allowing its body almost free range of movement. X-rays have shown that SCP-XXXX has a heart twice the size of a normal human's and abnormally large blood vessels. SCP-XXXX's jaws are capable of opening at a 150 degree angle. XXXX also lacks most of its digestive track, ending at its stomach, and it does not produce waste. Its throat and digestive track is able to expand to swallow prey whole. Its prey are almost immediately disintegrated when coming into contact with XXXX's stomach fluids. Its stomach is filled with a substance resembling fluoroantimonic acid, which is capable of dissolving small hunks of metal in several hours. However, XXXX shows signs of discomfort after consuming more than half a ton of aliment, and extreme pain if it swallows any pieces of dense machinery.
In tests on [DATA EXPUNGED], it was revealed that SCP-XXXX has AB negative blood. This blood is identical to a human's but has anomalous properties of its own not fully understood. It has been hypothesized that, as a defense mechanisn, SCP-XXXX can take full control over the blood in its body if it is exposed to oxygen. Once exposed to oxygen, the blood leaving the open wound can form tissue structures that act as claws, mandibles, or extra limbs. These tissues can also crystallize, making it easier for SCP-XXXX to puncture or impale prey. These extra limbs can only be controlled if directly attached to XXXX. If part of the structure is sliced off, it will revert back to its liquid state and can no longer be manipulated by XXXX.
SCP-XXXX does not consume food for energy or sustenance, rather, it kills in self defense or, rarely, for pleasure. It is a relatively docile creature that seems to only attack when provoked. Tests to understand SCP-XXXX's attack patterns were performed by Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] from [DATA EXPUNGED] on [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-XXXX will cooperate with foundation staff if no weaponry on them is visible. This incudes guns, tranquilizers, tasers, and knives, which are seen as immediate threats to SCP-XXXX. Any staff that comes within a 5 meter radius of SCP-XXXX and is visibly armed, must immediately dispose of their weaponry by dropping it, or backing away and leaving SCP-XXXX's line of sight.
Any threat is first given a warning signal. A snarl is produced by SCP-XXXX that resembles the sound of a hissing beetle. Within ten seconds, SCP-XXXX will attack, proceed to kill, and devour its opponent. This process usually consists of SCP-XXXX drawing blood from its own tongue and using that blood to form sharp tentacles. These tentacles proceed to ensnare and incapacitate victims, dragging them towards SCP-XXXX for further consumption. All consumed organic materials are fully digested in SCP-XXXX's stomach, and metal weaponry is regurgitated.
If left alone for long periods of time, SCP-XXXX will become distressed, and will then proceed to try and break out of containment by any means possible. When in this agitated state, high amounts of adrenaline are pumped throughout XXXX's body. XXXX will proceed to attack any nearby entities until it calms down. This rampage can last from 5 to 15 minutes. Once calmed, SCP-XXXX will return to its docile nature.
SCP-XXXX has extensive regenerative abilities as seen in tests on [DATA EXPUNGED]. Similar to a starfish, if one of its limbs is removed, XXXX will proceed to grow a replacement, and the severed limb will form a new body. This new body is almost identical to XXXX, and is referred to as SCP-XXXX-1 and so forth. The time to fully heal depends on what part of the body is removed. For example: The removal of SCP-XXXX's arm will result in a new arm after approximately half an hour, and the formation of SCP-XXXX-1 takes almost 24 hours.
SCP-XXXX-1 acts similarly to SCP-XXXX and seems to be its own sentient being not connected to or controlled by SCP-XXXX. The regenerative abilities of XXXX are not merely for healing, but also as a method of asexual reproduction. The only known way to kill SCP-XXXX or its copies is by incineration.
Addendums: Testing on [DATA EXPUNGED] by [DATA EXPUNGED] and Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] revealed that SCP-XXXX has the intelligence of an adolescent human. In these tests, researchers had one on one conversations with XXXX. It was asked to complete a series of tasks and answer simple questions. Documents from these tests describe SCP-XXXX as being inquisitive and eager to please. It can comprehend subjects such as reading and mathematics, but only on a basic level. SCP-XXXX has a constantly developing understanding of its surroundings, and is well aware of its status as a dangerous individual. Despite this, XXXX seeks companionship in any way, shape, or form.
In tests on [DATA EXPUNGED], performed by Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED], it was hypothesized and proved that SCP-XXXX becomes attached to those it sees regularly. The researchers it recognized who entered its chamber, even with weaponry, were not attacked. Studies on this behavior are ongoing in an attempt for staff to find ways to effectively train and control SCP-XXXX.
