Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in a Standard Humanoid Containment Cell at Site-54. The specimen does not require food, and therefore personnel should have no reason to enter the room with the specimen, except if transporting. If the specimen ever needs to be transported, it is to be cryogenically frozen, until it reaches its new containment area.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a humanoid entity, roughly 2 meters in height. Although it looks humanoid, it also looks quite decrepit, to the point that most of it’s skin looks gray and paper-thin. SCP-XXXX’s face is completely void of skin, leaving only a skull. Despite this, the specimen is still able to see just fine.
Although the specimen is usually docile, it has a complete change of character in the presence of other beings. Once it sees another being in its cell, it will proceed to attack and brutally kill the being. The only times it has been known to not kill is the event of the specimen’s capture and in interviews, in which it willingly won’t attack.
SCP-XXXX is usually in a sitting stance, reading a black or purple book it somehow conjures. Despite efforts to remove the books from the specimen’s vicinity, SCP-XXXX seems able to recreate the book almost instantly. The book, which will be referred to as SCP-XXXX-1, is written in an unknown language, and as far as we know, only contains one known purpose- to reanimate the dead. Any and all corpses in SCP-XXXX’s line of sight are almost immediately reanimated, (hereby known as SCP-XXXX-2) only to eventually fall apart into a pile of ashes. SCP-XXXX seems distressed at this instance, and is always writing more in SCP-XXXX-1, in an attempt to somehow fix it’s efforts. Despite this, the conclusion is always the same.
