Special Containment Procedures: Item #-1 through #-3 are a collection of shorts texts here-on-out to be referred to as the 'Paragraph'/s. It is to be noted initially that items #-1 through #-3 are not dangerous in and of themselves, but the information contained within them presents a threat. The Paragraph/s is/are to be kept under black card, contained within a standard 5 by 5 locker. This locker is to be kept under armed guard at all times and is only accessible by clearance level 5.
To request use of items #-1 through -3, locker must be transfered to a blackroom. This room is view and sound proof. Only two subjects may inspect the item at any one time with specific clearance. Item must be contained within a plexiglass frame, behind a polarising filter allowing only one angle to view the entire Paragraph. Any test subjects who fail to be effect by the Paragraph, but have succesfully completely transcription are to be immediately terminated.
Description: Item #-1 is a white sheet of A4 paper with a paragraph of 244 words (and four sentences), typewritten.
Item #-2 is a spoken recording of an androgynous voice on casette tape in Arabic
Item #-3 is a photograph of the Paragraph scratched into the brickwork of (Fishery) with fingers in France, found near a charred corpse of local fisher [REDACTED] within [REDACTED].
For reference, a selection of relevent words from item #-2 have been provide below, in alphabetical order. These noted words indicate a possible form of telekinetic transport, but there is still much speculation:

Addendum 1: Tests are on-going. Inside the blackroom, each subject was allowed to view item #-1 contained with a plexiglass frame. Subjects were instructed to read and understand each word, as well as trying to parse the full context of the Paragraph. Subject recorded their progress with a counter (per word).
Response from subjects varied. All participents experienced mild to severe headaches while reading.
Most of the subjects, experiencing mild headaches, died several hours after reading the Paragraph. It was noted that after medical scan of the cranium, large sections of the brain had vanished, explaining their eventual deaths.
A few subjects experienced no effects, returning from the blackroom completely unharmed or scared physically or mentally for the following months after reading. They were then terminated as dictacted by procedure[1].
A small number of subjects vanished from the testing room upon finishing the Paragraph. Of the test subjects that vanished, the charred remains of one subject was found in (place where pile of bodies always stack up).
One subject flickered violent in and out of the room after finishing the Paragraph. It was noted that this subject had been maintaining a strong degree of strained focus during this process.
Addendum 2: Test subjects exhibiting the affect of aphantasia were requested to read and understand the Paragraphs. All aphantasia test subjects were found to experience no effect from the Paragraph. Test subjects were terminated as dictated by procedure.

Dr. Pashkov reported mild headaches after the incident, but recovered after a week of therapy. Dr. Pashkov was then terminated, as dictated by procedure.

Subject 2: "I felt light. Like I could move as fast as I wanted. And I felt ;ike I was a sticker, stuck to paper. But I was being slowly pealed from the paper. From this reality. I also heard high pictched squelling.
Subject was then terminated as dictated by procedure.
All testers, subjects and anyone who had made contact with the information of the Paragraphs have been terminated as dictated by procedure.

1. Upon interviewing after reading, one test subject referred to James Joyce Ullyses for it's similar writing style. There is partial suggestion that understanding the full text will present a similar effect. Noted: this is not achievable within a human lifespan.
