Welcome to the Ethics Committee
The ethics committee take great pride in keeping the foundation squeaky clean of traitors. If you also like snitching on people, maybe the E.C. is a career path for you!
Description : The Ethics Committee is a very small group of agents who work for Site-42 as Ethics Committee Agents. Their main duty is to make sure every signed up members of Site-42 respect the On-Site rules and Foundation Violations. Anyone breaking the site rules or regulations will be recongized as a traitor and will either be terminated on the spot if a O-23 unit or a RAISA agent is nearby, or, in the case there is no department allowed to terminate the traitor, they will be reported to an agent of the Ethics Committee. The agent will then handle the case of the traitor, which can go to a verbal warning to a purge from Site-42 depending on the gravity of the violation. If the traitor is part of a department, he will most likely get purged from it. The Ethics Committee is taking reports from any foundation worker, and sometimes work with RAISA agents in order to investigate or when information breach are involved.
The Ethics Committee agents can also work as lawyers & prosecutors as they can take cases if a purged or warned foundation member judge his warning/purge is not justified. The Ethics Committee can also handle High Rank deaths as attempting to find a potential murderer (for exemple, the elevator incident of Site-19).
Protocols and procedures : Ethics Committee agents will generally show up on-site to perform internal checking of OSR (On-Site Rules) and FoV (Foundation Violation) respectation by the currently on-site Site-42 members. They can also come on-site to directly meet a traitor or to respond to a report. The Ethics Committee Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Special Agent also have personal offices situated within the Entrance Zone of the Site.
