Special Containment Procedures: A detection program containing the exact description of SCP-XXXX aided by advanced Speeding Camera technology similar to that of which a Highway Patrol officer uses is to be equipped on small computer equipment stations along every Highway and back-road stretch in the Australian Outback. In order to evade public suspicion, the aforementioned stations must be disguised as "Phone-for-Help" terminals and must be able to perform their expected functions, as well as a double use in reporting potential activity involving SCP-XXXX. Upon confirmation of an active SCP-XXXX event, Foundation Agents from nearby Site ██ or Alice Springs must immediately engage and converge on SCP-XXXX's location. Barricades and tire slashers are to be set up at least 1 kilometer ahead of SCP-XXXX's direction of travel, and all traffic must be diverted away. Any people found alive with knowledge of SCP-XXXX must be given Class-B Amnestics.
Item Description: SCP-XXXX is a large, black unmarked and windowless 200 tonne Road Train, or semi-truck, carrying approximately 30 trailers loaded with 24 barrels of a substance identical in chemical composition to unprocessed Petroleum (henceforth referred to as SCP-XXXX-1). The semi-truck is of unknown manufacture, but appears to be similar to a standard Kenworth W900.
The semi-truck has been observed in Test-XXXX-32A to be driven by an entity henceforth referred to as "SCP-XXXX-2", and has never been reported to have ever slowed down or come to a stop. SCP-XXXX-2 is a figure with an appearance of an overweight adult male. Due to SCP-XXXX having no windows, the Foundation has only identified SCP-XXXX-1 through methods of thermal heat detection. SCP-XXXX-2 has an internal body temperature of over 1,000 degrees Kelvin, while each drum of SCP-XXXX-1 has a temperature ranging from double to quadruple of that of our own Sun. After further evaluation, it has also been discovered that the engine of SCP-XXXX has an internal temperature so large that all methods of temperature measurement have been unable to calculate it.
Upon first coming into the Foundation's knowledge, either SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-2 has proven itself capable of intra-dimensional travel. After every containment procedure is carried out, upon coming to the very edge of a blockade, SCP-XXXX will seemingly "tear open" a vortex, and has been confirmed that by its own volition it will "open to the other side" in the exact area a previous survivor of an SCP-XXXX event is located, but only if they are within the confines of the outback. Otherwise it will either choose a survivor who is in the Outback, or "vortex" its way through the barrier created in containment procedure and seemingly stalk the first person it "sees". Confirmed by Test-XXXX-47B, After the death of any potential individual, SCP-XXXX will continue its "rampage" and find another person to harass and seemingly stalk throughout the Outback.
