SUBJECT: Acceptance & Rank Reform

ALCON,

Omega-1 is going to be reformed in many ways. Including acceptance, ranks, positions, and our duty here at the foundation.

Firstly, we shall start off with the Acceptance system. While still maintaining our… strictness… per say, we will allow more opportunities and flexibility for others. This does mean there are going to be added prerequisites added.

1. Recruit must be a member of the security department, or Ethics Committee.
2. Recruit must have a level-2 clearance.
3. Recruit must not have ever been a member of MTF Alpha-1, or [REDACTED].
4. Recruit must maintain the understanding of the secrecy of operations within Omega-1 to his/her fullest extent.
5. Recruit must understand they are not allowed to leave Omega-1, but still permitted to part-take in other departments.
6. Recruit must understand that Omega-1 deals with High-Ranking staff, *not* SCP’s.
7. Recruit must understand the importance of the job.
8. Recruit must accept the mandatory 2 week trial.
9. Recruit must be recommended by a current member of Mobile Task Force Omega-1.

The conditions are to make sure that no-one with an intent to ruin our operations would even think of attempting to join us.

Next, I will talk about the rank reform. Everyone is being demoted. Once we have 10 or more units, we will begin promoting on a more frequent basis. Our numbers are relatively small, and hence ineffective against the popularity of Alpha-1. We do not want to get into another fight with them when Primary Action is called, now do we? But that is besides the point. Ranks will be reduced, *especially* the 32 officer ranks someone added sometime ago.

Due to all of you being demoted as of when you receive this letter, you will also lose your staff position. They must be re-earned. I feel as if I am free-ranking too many people, so we are restarting from scratch. And I feel as if I need to restate our duty, as when I approached you all to handpick you, you were not given a clear sense of our duty. Mobile Task Force: Omega-1, Designation: "Law's Left Hand," is a task force that specializes in the detainment and/or termination of high ranking foundation personnel that the Ethics Committee has deemed unethical. We are entirely loyal to the Ethics Committee and we follow their every word. No O5 member can command us, only the committee can. We must follow the Code of Ethics at all times except in cases in which it is necessary to break the rules laid out to us by the very people who command us. In which circumstance we must be able to explain the reason for breaking said rule. We have no excuse to be unethical, but nor do any high ranks. That is why we exist.
