[BEGIN LOG]
Mobile Task Force Epsilon-6 Designation "Fire Eaters" was deployed to a local region due to civilian reports of unexplained activity.
Mobile Task Force Epsilon-6 Arrived at the drop-off site, they shall proceed via humvee
Capt. Robins: Remember, keep your head in the game. Should we encounter any anomalies, press your panic butto-
Capt. Johnson: Captain, they know the drill. They were trained by me.
Capt. Robins: Yes, Sir.
MSgt. Lorence: (Yelling) Soldiers! Listen carefully! We're about 1 mile from the area of operations. The area is a school, filled with nearby houses. We must not reveal our true purpose. Remember the cover-up that was given to you in your briefing. Does all of this make sense?
Non-Cadre in unison: Yes, First Sergeant!
MSgt. Lorence: Good. Prepare to move in.
MTF E-6 arrived on-site
MSgt. Lorence: You know the drill, get to your assignments. Combat specialists, there has been a change in plan. You will guard the perimeter of the area of operations. Is this understood?
Combat Specialists: Yes, First Sergeant!
MSgt. Lorence: Move out.
MTF E-6 Proceed to Amnesticize civilians within the area. 24 minutes of radio silence
SSgt. Kertz: Anomaly! Anoma-
Static
Radio System: Panic, Panic, Panic. Staff Sergeant Vlada E. Kertz
Capt. Robins: Shit. Combat Specialists, the anomaly has possibly escaped the perimeter. Go to the last known location of Sergeant Kertz. Prepare to evacuate the area.
MSgt. Rollen: He's here, Sir. Dead. As for the anomaly, I have no clue where it could be. This is a straight-up open field.
Capt. Johnson: Either it's fast, or sneaky. Either way, we're not equipped to handle this. Everyone back to the humvee. We'll get a cleanup crew. We're not safe here.
MTF E-6 successfully evacuated the area 12 minutes after the confirmed death of Staff Sergeant Kertz
[END LOG]
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6871 is to be held within a 14x14x12 meter box made of titanium. The walls are to be heated to a temperature no less than 300 degrees celsius. The exterior of the walls are to be constantly combusting. The entrance into the containment chamber must be guarded by 2-4 members of security at all times on 3-hour shifts. At least 2 members of Mobile Task Force Epsilon-9 "Fire Eaters" are to be on standby at all times. No organic matter is to enter the containment chamber at any time unless part of containment procedures or for testing purposes approved by the Site Director or the Project Leader. Every 36 hours, 8 cubic feet of organic matter is to be placed within a 3-meter proximity of SCP-6871. No entry may be permitted into the chamber for 2 hours after feeding SCP-6871 unless authorized by the Site Director or Project Leader for testing purposes. In the event that the spread of SCP-6871 exceeds 3 meters2, Mobile Task Force Epsilon-9 "Fire Eaters" is to be dispatched to shrink the spread of SCP-6871. In the event of a containment breach, the sector or containment zone that SCP-6871 is in is to be locked down and detonated using explosives with at least 2 kilotons of power or greater, and what remains must be superheated to ensure any remaining instance of SCP-6871 is shrunk back to it's source.
Description SCP-6871 is a fungus that rots any organic matter it touches rapidly. It can adapt to feed off of metallics after approximately 92 hours of not being able to feed. Humans, while organic, do not rot upon contact with SCP-6871 unless direct contact is made at its source. Instead, any individual making contact with SCP-6871 will be paralyzed for a duration of 21 hours, at which point it will take another 4 hours for full restoration. No immediate harm or pain has been recorded as of yet. Further tests have concluded that SCP-6871 is extremely reactive to extreme temperatures and will attempt to avoid any heated areas while spreading.
[NOTE - from Project Lead Frank D. ████]: This object was recently taken into containment, approximately 7 months ago. Origins are unknown and further testing is required to accurately establish containment procedures and less destructive protocols for containment breaches as well as developing a faster way to recover from the paralysis effect of SCP-6871.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7428 instances are not to be worn in line-of-site of non-foundation property.
Description: SCP-7428 is a group of anomalous display badges that change appearances depending on the wearer's status within the foundation. The badges were made by the foundation as part of an experiment in making safe anomalous objects that rewarded foundation personnel for their status and their dedication to the foundation. There are 3 changeable components to the badges.
- Shape
- Color
- Engravings
The shape is changed depending on what department the wearer is in. Combative personnel will have a shield; logistics department members will have a box-truck; scientific department members will have a microscope; Manufacturing and Engineering personnel will receive a wrench-shaped badge; division-less members, Site Administration, and the O5 Council, alongside members in a division not listed above will have the foundation logo as their badge shape.
The color is dependent on the informational security clearance level the wearer has. Level-0 personnel will have a gray badge; Level-1 personnel will have a green badge; Level-2 personnel will have a yellow badge; Level-3 personnel will have an orange badge; Level-4 personnel will have a red badge; Level-5 personnel will have a deep-red badge; O5 Council members and The Administrator will have a black badge.
Engravings on the badge are dependent on the rank or title someone has within their department. Division-less personnel will have "Secure. Contain. Protect." engraved onto their badge. O5 Council Members will have their O5 Number followed by their O5 nickname engraved. The Administrator will have the words "We die in the dark so that you may live in the light." engraved into their badge. Combative personnel will have their military rank title engraved, scientific personnel will have their position within a project engraved.
Addendum: See your Site Director for an issuance of a badge at cost of $210 USD.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7342 is to be held in a maximum-security object safe with 2 combination locks, an off-site remote authorization system, and a time lock set for 2 hours. Codes are known by the Site Director and the Chief Project Administrator, each one a different code. The codes on the safe are to be changed weekly. The only people to know both codes are The Administrator and the O5 Council. Opening of the Safe requires both the approval of the Site Director and the Chief Project Administrator, as well as a member of Project Administration in an off-site location. Use of SCP-7342 is to be used for testing purposes only. Any unauthorized possession of SCP-7342 is to be met with immediate lethal force. Any member of Project Administration may grant any mobile task force member access to this document for re-containment purposes only, including the directive to kill-on-sight any unauthorized possessors of the device.
Description: SCP-7342 is a circular metallic device with a plastic red button at the center. Upon placing the device on the chest of any living organism, the device will immediately create a suction bond onto the organism. Once attached, the red button at the center will be able to be pressed. Upon pressing the red button, the organism the device is attached to will experience an immediate cardiac arrest followed by death within a matter of 4 seconds. The device will then unattach itself from the chest of the victim and will be rendered in-operational for a period of 10 minutes.
Addendum: The 100% lethal effectiveness of the device and its simplicity to use has brung concern to the O5 Council. The above Special Containment Procedures have been mandated by unanimous order of the O5 Council.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5812 cannot be contained.
Description: SCP-5812 is a phenomena that occurs at random times to random individuals almost indiscriminately. When SCP-5812 is active in an individual, the individual will seemingly recall that the event had happened to them before or that they have seen into the future. Due to the random nature of SCP-5812, reliable testing cannot be conducted. The phenomena, however, poses no threat to humanity.
Addendum 1-5812: Due to the widespread knowledge of SCP-5812 in the public, Project Administration has decided to mark SCP-5812 explained.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7632 must not leave the premises except for on logistics-department authorized transportation.
Description: SCP-7632 is a humanoid male who used to have anomalous properties that were switched off during event 7632-4-a. He now works as janitorial detail under the foundations paycheck.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7632 is to be kept within a 9x9x9 cubic box made of titanium and at least 2 feet thick outfitted with an electromagnetic locking door. The aforementioned box shall henceforth be referred to as the interior chamber. The exterior chamber shall make no contact with the interior chamber except for the bridge, which must be retractable. When the bridge is deployed, electromagnets in the room are to be turned on to their maximum setting. The exterior chamber shall be guarded by 3 heavy-duty containment gates.
Description: SCP-7632 is a humanoid male about 5 feet 6 inches tall. SCP-7632 can summon a portal upon command so long as there is an accessible path to it. The path is determined by black vapor when SCP-7632 is summoning a portal. The black vapor, known as SCP-7632-B, is repelled by electromagnetic forces. SCP-7632-B seemingly has infinite range. Tests have confirmed that the portal, SCP-7632-A, has no effect on anything that passes through it.
Addendum 7632-TH: After SCP-7632 has agreed to work with the foundation to easily contain Euclid and Keter SCPs, SCP-7632 has been designated a thaumiel SCP.
Event 7632-4: SCP-7632 was asked to assist the site's 4th containment breach since his agreement to cooperate. SCP-7632 successfully recontained all SCPs after a period of eight seconds.
Event 7632-4-A: SCP-7632 after going back in their containment chamber expressed emotions of sadness and depression. Moments before the door was closed, SCP-7632 used SCP-7632-A to travel to the exterior of the facility. When foundation personnel found him and took him into custody, he mentioned that he had switched off his anomalous properties indefinitely.
