So, you have been assigned to Sigma 17? Well, here's the deal: We were founded shortly after the Korea incident, and the subsequently lifted veil. Here at Sigma 17, we specialise in crowd control. That's right if an activist rally gets ugly, or too many people panic after a breach, they call us in. It's obvious why we call ourselves "The Bullies". But, the higher-ups put you here for a reason. You aren't afraid to use that baton. That is what we look for. The people hate us of course, but we do our jobs for their sakes. So if a crowd of people with signs supporting the Hand come marching down the road to say, Area-██. We will be there to meet them. And if they go violent, so will we. However, I can not stress enough to you that if you harm a protester in a nonviolent demonstration, you will see jail time. Now, we all must remember why we do this. It's for the good of the masses. So if you hear that alarm, you better strap on your vest and helmet. You better grab your baton and shield. And you march out there with the insignia on your shoulders. And you do what you must.
