SCP-X-01 emerged from SCP-X on ██/██/20██ after being touched by Dr. █████.
SCP-X-01 is a sword made of unknown composition. SCP-X-01 features a straight blade of golden color that measures exactly 60cm from the hilt to the tip. The blade will begin to taper to a point after approximately Xcm from the hilt. Before tapering, the rear edge features a concave curve.
The blade has lines at regular 6cm intervals extending from edge to edge at 45 degree angles. Testing reveals that these lines indicate separable blade segments.
The hilt is gray and tubular in shape. A blade extends downward from the front to serve as a handguard, and another blade provides two sloped surfaces on the front and rear edges of the blade; the front slope is at an exact 45 degree angle from the hilt and the rear slope is at an exact 67.5 angle from the hilt and features a notch designed to catch blades sliding down to the wrist.
Small metal tabs extruding from the hilt provide protection from blades sliding down the flat ends.
The handle is wrapped in a leather from an unknown species of reptile, brown in coloration. A trigger can be found protruding between the handguard and grip. At the end is a gray metallic pommel of spherical shape.
The bottom of the pommel features a button, two dials, a switch labeled “Safety,” and a screen.
Testing of the trigger reveals that SCP-X-01’s blade will separate into segments with an unknown energy connecting them. Simply pulling the trigger will extend SCP-X-01 from 60cm to 120cm and holding the trigger will cause the energy to become “limp” and allow the user to wield SCP-X-01 like a whip.
Pushing the button on the pommel of SCP-X-01 will completely disconnect the segments and cause them to float around in the air. Pointing the pommel will cause these segments to float in that direction. Pointing the pommel at humans will cause the segments to immediately shred them.
Manipulating the dials displays a word on the screen and a value below it. Turning the right dial changes the word and turning the left changes the value. All options available are: none, electric, thermal, kinetic, radiation, magic, soul, voidic, and all.
Testing reveals that SCP-X-01 is capable of absorbing any form of energy exerted upon its blade and storing it. The left dial indicates how many joules of energy are to be released of SCP-X-01’s blade strikes anything.
Flipping the safety switch off will cause SCP-X-01 to suck out all energy within approximately 10m, killing all organic life within range immediately and bringing the temperature to 0 degrees kelvin in the span of 5 minutes. Recovery had to be performed via using slingshots and marbles to strike the safety switch back on.
For safety purposes, SCP-X-01 is to never have its safety turned off.
Research teams have given up attempting to discharge all of SCP-X-01’s energy after the displayed output reached levels capable of causing an XK-Class end-of-the-world scenario and decided to limit maximum output to 1 thousand joules.
SCP-X-02 emerged from SCP-X on ██/██/20██ after being touched by MTF Epsilon-11 member █████.
SCP-X-02 is an assault-rifle of unknown origin and comes accompanied with a bag containing a cleaning kit, a manual, barrels, fully loaded magazines of several known and unknown calibers, and a single “MR.”
SCP-X-02 is equipped with a horizontal grip, vertical grip, bipod, reflex-sight, and a flip-over magnifier. SCP-X-02 is made out of a white polymer and decorated with gold accents. Attempts to analyze the molecular structure of SCP-X-02 results in SCP-X-02 shocking the researcher until death. Attempts to use cameras have resulted in SCP-X-02 frying all electronics within a 5 meter radius.
Attempts to destroy or damage SCP-X-02 or any of its components have resulted in failure.
The manual identifies SCP-X-02 as a “Dragon-Shot 15” and details how to properly disassemble, clean, and modify the rifle. Documents have been transcribed.
The manual explains that “DS-15’s” are capable of taking “Middle Receivers” (MRs) that modify the action of the firearm, lightly advertising bolt-action and belt-feeding MRs in the process. SCP-X-02’s bag contains an MR labeled “Laser Pulsar.”
SCP-X-02’s “default” ammunition has a 6mm diameter projectile and a 50mm long casing that comes in two variants: 10mm diameter casing or 15mm diameter casing. The 10mm cased ammunition is defined as “Standard Slayer Load” and the 15mm cased ammo is defined as “Dragon Slayer Load.”
Testing of SCP-X-02 has revealed it to have near nonexistent recoil and weight. Reverse engineering of SCP-X-02 reveals that the recoil control is not provided by any engineering quirks, but is an anomalous property of SCP-X-02 itself.
SCP-X-02's "Laser Pulsar" module enables SCP-X-02 to emit laser pulses. Lasers have shown the ability to vaporize through up to 50 meters of solid tungsten and will leave behind a beam of plasma due to ionizing the air. SCP-X-02's lasers do not radiate any heat beyond what its photons come in contact with, likely caused by a safety mechanism that prevents its user from disintegrating upon use.
MTF Epsilon-11 has been given SCP-X-02 reproductions for testing on the field. Feedback pending.
SCP-X-03 emerged from SCP-X on ██/██/20██ after being touched by D-█████.
SCP-X-03 is a grenade with a similar design as the MK 2 “Pineapple” grenade. SCP-X-03 is primarily white with gold accents.
Initial testing of SCP-X-03 was terminated once D-█████ immediately pulled the pin of SCP-X-03 and threw it at the door of the testing chamber. See incident report I-X-1.
SCP-X-03 exploded after 5 seconds, blowing out the door and killing D-█████. A cloud of golden sparks remained where SCP-X-03 exploded, exhibiting similar properties to SCP-X-01 with the safety turned off. The cloud condensed after 10 seconds and exploded, dealing further damage to the testing chamber.
SCP-X-03 reappeared on D-█████’s body approximately 5 seconds after the initial explosion.
Despite the tactical advantage of an infinite grenade, MTFs are not allowed to utilize SCP-X-03 unless approved by 05 command.
