Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: Any persons believed to have entered or interacted with an SCP-XXXX location are to be detained and interviewed at the Provisional Site accompanying that location. It is currently unknown how to reverse the effects of SCP-XXXX without causing the death of that individual. A method of non-fatal reversal of SCP-XXXX modifications is currently being researched at Site Iota. Individuals modified by SCP-XXXX are to be contained in Standard Humanoid Containment Cells at Site Iota for research and possible termination due to a threat of a Broken Veil event. [See Incident Report A1] and released once that individuals organic tissue has repaired over the modifications.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a series of factories built by the Church of the Broken God in order to modify civilians who have been deemed unable to maintain a self sustaining life style such as those with terminal illnesses, critically injured, amputees, coma victims, and/or the mentally ill. At the time of this documents publication, three factories have been located and it is currently unknown if other SCP-XXXX locations exist. The locations of the three known factories (designated SCP-XXXX-A through -C) are:
- SCP-XXXX-A in Munich, Germany
- SCP-XXXX-B in Portland, Maine
- SCP-XXXX-C in São Paulo, Brazil
Agents from the Church of the Broken God are believed to kidnap civilians from hospitals as an attempt to heal them from their current condition. Agents from within the Church of the Broken God have been seen talking directly to the affected individual, or that individuals family before transporting them to an SCP-XXXX location for modification. They accomplish this by removing the affected parts of the individual and replace them with mechanical modifications such as neural communication channels and bionic limbs . All components created by SCP-XXXX instances act as if they are connected directly to the persons central nervous system.
Discovery: The Foundation first became aware of the existence of SCP-XXXX locations after a large amount of missing persons reports were filed around the area of SCP-XXXX-A. During the investigation, Agent Ramirez was involved in a high-speed, multi-vehicle collision and was admitted to a local hospital. During the night Agent Ramirez was kidnapped transported and brought to SCP-XXXX-A after talking to a Church of the Broken God Agent. There Agent Ramirez injuries were healed by SCP-XXXX-A. The lacerations on his leg and face were replaced with a realistic silicon skin covering the wounded area, and a metal prosthetic located in the right femur replaced his previously shattered bone.
