Description: SCP-#### is a plane of an unknown model that has earned the name "Schrodinger's Plane" after it was determined that the plane simultaneously exists and does not exist at the same time. The plane seems to phase in and out of existence at random, but its locations can be predicted (See Tracking). The longest recorded time for the plane to "not exist" is exactly 3 months, in which we believed that SCP-#### had entirely vanished until it reappeared in Manchester, UK (See Neutralisation Attempt #01). The shortest recorded time for the plane to "not exist" is exactly 48 hours. The plane only seems to appear for less than 24 hours at a time.

The first sighting was reported on 04/21/2018 when it was seen flying past Adnan Menderes Airport in İzmir, Turkey. The Air Traffic Control team working that day attempted to make contact with the aircraft but received no response. The plane vanished before any other action could be taken.

No images of the aircraft exist. The aircraft never shows up in any photograph taken. Only sketches have been made.

THIS TRACKING METHOD NO LONGER WORKS AS A RESULT OF NEUTRALISATION ATTEMPT #01

The plane appears and disappears at random, this means that it could appear in a dangerous situation. For example, in a city with tall buildings, resulting in a crash that may injure civilians. This is the reasoning behind why we wanted to track its whereabouts. Luckily, we found that the locations it appears can be predicted. While investigating the aircraft's previous whereabouts (See Previous Locations), we found that the aircraft appeared in locations that were previously used as ███████████████ grounds or in cities that housed certain SCP facilities such as [REDACTED], a high-risk location. Using this we could predict where the plane may appear next. However, this also meant that it was targeting SCP facilities specifically, drawing us to the conclusion that we are the cause of its existence.

To prevent the aircraft from harming civilians, an attempt to neutralise SCP-#### was made. (See Neutralisation Attempt #01)

On 08/19/2019, at every site where the plane may appear, the ██ Military provided us with a task force to bring the plane down. It wasn't until 09/13/2005 when the aircraft appeared. The aircraft was sighted near Site #17 and 2 fighter jets were deployed to take it down. The aircraft's engines were shot and the aircraft fell out of the sky, but before it hit the ground it vanished. We had believed at the time that this was the last we would see of SCP-#### but 3 weeks later, on 10/04/2005 it was seen again flying over Manchester in the UK by Air Traffic Control at Manchester Airport.

The attempt had failed. No other attempts have been made or will be made as it would waste the US Military's resources. The attempt also resulted in the loss of our tracking method, as the aircraft reappeared in an area where there is no SCP facility or related areas. This has lead us to believe that SCP-#### is somewhat sentient, due to it fleeing from danger.
