First instence of escape=The case of Edmund Swansea
Dr Edmund Swansea was tending to his usual work in section 47 of the facility, clip board and pen in hand, he walked in cell 87s observation deck only to find 3 out of the 4 sentry guns destroyed and saw all 4 guards were torn apart, intestines were ripped out and the nervous system was specifically removed and placed inside the throat. Edmund was shuck by this and soon ran to the main cell door where it was sealed shut.
He returned only to find the final gun destroyed with no trace of the creature.
A sudden hole was pierced through the glass, the glass broke and the creature appeared with red eyes before puncturing Edmunds left lung and then tearing off his right arm, it left Edmund there before returning to its cell and laying down in its cell and its eyes turned cyan blue.
Edmund bled and soon died due too his wounds.
This is only one instance of SCP 5000 behaviour, but there are reports dating back to the early 11th century of sketches which clearly resemble the same exact creature which is currently contained.

The creature was first found in the North West of England (Lake District) what follows is a live audio report from Dr Arthur Kensall.
Arthur: "six fourteen, 24th March 2012, we've been searching for days, no sign of any human contact in the 20mile radius that was given, but were not gonna give up now"!
Sgt Holford:" we won't find it, I bet It doesn't even exist".
Arthur:" shut up! We must find it before nightfall otherwise we're screwed" .
Sgt Holford: "fine, we'll keep heading north until we hit the pipe line and then head east towards the area of the sighting. Let's hope its still there" .
Arthur: "All right men let's move, double time" .

Six hours later.
Arthur: "Fuck, fuck I can't believe their dead, their all dead, all fucking dead" .
Sgt Holford: "Calm down, by the looks of it, it can only track body heat so calm down otherwise it would find us!"

No bodies were recovered from the site apart from Dr Arthur kensall. He was severed in half and his nervous system was removed and carefully placed inside his throat which was surprisingly intact.
Its unknown what drove Sgt Holford to lose his mind and shoot himself.
But its clear that the creature can easily influence the mind….. Arthur also mentioned of a rift…… These rifts are small windows into spacetime…. Which could suggest how Sgt Holford went insane.
Further research needs to be conducted but currently SCP 5000 is in a hibernating state.
We've discovered that the creature is male and has influenced a few staff members.
