Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4986 is to be contained at all times within a cell made of concrete and steel. 24/7 security watches are in effect until otherwise stated.
Description: SCP-4986 is a humanoid creature approximately 2.1336 m in height (7 Feet) and weighing 134.263 kg (296 lb), musculature is of a very large muscular man. It is known to wear a black tailcoat and hood, and is seen wearing a white mask with only the mouth being exposed, other item to make mention of is a hammer necklace. SCP-4986's anatomy is male with brown hair, it prefers to be called Sam or Einar. SCP-4986 is highly aggressive, and is known to have powerful telekinetic powers first seen used on one of the guards who had tried to detain him. (It was found that all of Johnathan [REDACTED] bones and organs were crushed with immense pressure).
SCP-4986 was first encountered in [REDACTED] Norway during the 1700's. The discovery of SCP-4986 was also in Norway, we had reports of heavy tectonic shifts only to find that SCP-4986 was causing the earthquakes. Upon interaction SCP-4986 met SCP Agents with immense hostility and killed 12 Agents out of 20. After SCP-4986 was subdued, further inspection was made of the earthquake wreckage and Investigators found a sword and a drinking horn. When questioned about these objects SCP-4986 showed extreme excitement when seeing them placed in front of it. Upon rejecting it's want for these items it ripped Dr [REDACTED] throat out. We have classed the sword and horn as merely items and not separate SCPs. Until further inspection of the items SCP-4986 is allowed 1 Hour of contact with it's items, so far it has shown no exception to this scheduling. Attempts to remove the mask have proven unsuccessful and fatal.
Behavior and Habits: SCP-4986 has been seen meditating on regular occasions, investigators have heard him use such names as Odin, Thor, Loki and many other names in Norse mythology. SCP-4986 has been offered Mead (Honey Wine) from one of the guards on duty, SCP-4986 requested his horn be filled with the alcohol and brought to him. SCP-4986 was found more receptive to questioning when drinking, has even been found to share the horn with others with no consequences to those drinking from it's horn. Those who had drank from the horn have been tested but have found nothing in the ways of disease or infections. SCP-4986 is partial to meats of all kinds for his meal consumption. SCP-4986 shows to have immense body strength when tested for physical prowess. SCP-4986 has an amazing intellect and has been tested in mathematics, science and other subjects. SCP-4986 has been known to bathe but prefers to bathe in solitude, we have installed cameras for physical examination, and to break any ideas of an escape attempt.
Interviews with SCP-4986 have been unsuccessful, due to SCP-4986's powers and temperament. An interview with Dr [REDACTED] showed that any persons in it's cell are in immediate danger, and any interviews over video feed have proven the same as physical interviews. SCP-4986's powers are at this moment not understood, tests have shown that SCP-4986 can kill on sight, and over video screens. It is hard to say if SCP-4986's powers have any weaknesses, testing will go as planned but with heavy precaution and possibly with MEAD on hand.
Side note: SCP-049 had requested a meeting with SCP-4986. Upon entrance into SCP-4986's cell SCP-049 was noted to act very nervous and somewhat submissive to SCP-4986. After 10 minutes in the presence of SCP-4986, SCP-049 had requested immediate return to his cell and has thus far become inactive in his regular behaviors. SCP-049 still asks for his test subjects but upon being asked about SCP-4986, SCP-049 shows reluctance to answer any questions only being noted in saying SCP-4986 is free from the pestilence. This will be studied further, possibly through recorded conversation between the two.
