Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4991-1 to -3 is unable to be contained by Foundation personnel due to their mass size and current location. A 1000m x 1000m x 500m INCONEL alloy 625 container secures SCP-4991-2-1, the only portion of SCP-4991 that is containable by the Foundation. All research and medical testing regarding SCP-4991-2-1 requires permission by four O5 Council Members during a time interval of one week after the initial request. Once approved all research and medical operators are required to wear superconductive equipment for protection from cryogenic gases.
All equipment used to dissect SCP-4991-2-1 must be incinerated using an on-site hadron collider that produces sufficient amounts of quark-gluon plasma. All equipment not burned after a period of approx. twelve hours after dissection should be left alone. The incineration of the dissection equipment is to ensure the safety of all on-site staff members. If dissection equipment is not properly disposed of after a period of approx. twenty-four hours two O5 Council Members will detonate the on-site nuclear warhead following the immediate evacuation of no one.
All fluids secreted by SCP-4991-2-1 that are collected in SCP-4991-2-1's enclosure by fifty D-Class personnel should be kept in a cylindrical container after being immersed in a 1:10 sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) solution. The containers must be immediately transferred to the Site-81 Cognitohazards & Infohazards Department. If any staff member views the fluid for more than thirty seconds they should be immediately left alone.
SCP-4991-1 is to be monitored at Research Site-14 by three Level Three researchers, however, the researchers only map the radiation being emitted from SCP-4991-1 and does not posess any information regarding SCP-4991. Any immediate spike or decay of radiation being emitted from SCP-4991-1 should be reported to a Level 4 or Level 5 who ordered the research of SCP-4991-1 in no less than thirty minutes or they will be left alone.
