Special Containment Procedures: After sharing different opinions among the members of Council O5, it has been decided that SCP-XXXX is not a threat, therefore, the classification has been changed from "Keter" to "Safe" and given total freedom to move around the facility
Description: Scp-XXXX is a 174.8 centimeters tall, 32 years old Hispanic male with an average complexion. He has short brown hair and green eyes. His personality is manipulative and shows clear signs of being a very confident person. He has a charming and very charismatic personality.
SCP-XXXX has the ability to change people's opinion just by giving theirs. This ability allowed the subject to manipulate large groups, and at some point, a large part of the world, although, this only works if the listener can understand the language. SCP-XXXX's ability only works with sound, writing the opinion will not have any effect on the reader. Tests have proven that SCP-XXXX's voice recordings giving its opinion will also change the listener's opinion, for that reason, any audio recordings of SCP-XXXX will be classified as "Keter" and should be deleted or destroyed immediately by all means. Currently, 9 recordings of SCP-XXXX are known, each of them talking about different topics, listed below from SCP-XXXX-1 to SCP-XXXX-9. It is unknown if SCP-XXXX-9 still exists or not.
This list summarize the contents of each recordings. The files are ordered by date of creation:
- SCP-XXXX-1: It is an audio tape with a blue panda drawing on both sides. Face A contains a voice recording of SCP-XXXX where he thinks that the person listening to the tape in question should undress, jump five times in place while turning and sticking their tongue out. Face B contains nothing. This tape is currently in the old cell of SCP-XXXX.
- SCP-XXXX-2: It is a video recorded with the mobile where he thinks that an 18 years old boy named ███ should commit suicide for having done [REDACTED].
- SCP-XXXX-3: It's a video saved on a video camera where he gives its point of view on ethics.
- SCP-XXXX-4: SCP-XXXX came out on the news of [DATA EXPUNGED] the ██-██-2███ talking about homophobia, after getting angry, he thought that [DATA EXPUNGED]. This video was confiscated from company records ███████ and removed from the internet.
- SCP-XXXX-5: It is a bad quality video recorded with SCP-XXXX's mobile phone where he thinks that Dr. Euken should buy him a stracciatella ice cream.
- SCP-XXXX-6: It is an audio file found on a pendrive with the name of "prueba3" (“test3”), where he talks about different actions, contradicting each other. This file was also found on a speaker and was deleted.
- SCP-XXXX-7: A video published on the internet where he questions what love is. In it, he comes to say that people should consider stopping being so possessive and jealous.
- SCP-XXXX-8: A video posted on the internet where he believes that anyone who watches the video should watch till the end and share it with everyone they know, online. Then, he gives his opinion of [DATA EXPUNGED] and [DATA EXPUNGED].
- SCP-XXXX-9: A video of ██ minutes where SCP-XXXX thinks that everyone who is listening to this, should listen to it until the end. He talks about that nobody should want to harm him, then he gives a few instructions of [DATA EXPUNGED] and the procedure to follow when [DATA EXPUNGED]. In the end, he thinks that everyone should obey the orders of Dr. Euken during the next 10 hours.
Any test involving recordings of SCP-XXXX should be consulted and approved by the O5 Council, with the exception of SCP-XXXX-4 and SCP-XXXX-8, which are totally prohibited.
Addendum XXXX-A: SCP-XXXX was captured after the viralization of a video (SCP-XXXX-8) where [DATA EXPUNGED] almost half humanity. Some members of the Foundation reported a strange behavior in many human beings and their relationship with that video. After some tests with the video, it was theorized that the anomaly came from the audio, so the MTF Eta-11 squadron ("Savage Beasts") quickly located, neutralized and captured SCP-XXXX, using sedatives. Although it was quick and simple, many safety measures were taken when transporting SCP-XXXX, since it was not entirely certain that the anomaly came from him or only from the video. After an investigation, several videos and audios of SCP-XXXX were found, and after some tests with SCP-XXXX-1 the ability of SCP-XXXX to change the point of view of a human being was theorized. It was immediately ordered to build a soundproof room to contain SCP-XXXX. When they finished building their accommodation, they stopped sedating him and locked him up. Another investigation was made to look for any SCP-XXXX video not found yet, and all those that were discovered were destroyed or deleted with the exception of a copy made for the Foundation.
SCP-XXXX-5 was found on SCP-XXXX's cell phone, in one of their houses, but the information obtained from it did not work because by that time it was too late.
Addendum XXXX-B: ███ hours after SCP-XXXX was locked up, Dr. Euken, a level 4 member of the Foundation, leaked a video (SCP-XXXX-9) on most of the screens of all the establishments that owns the Foundation and all the speakers of each site. After █ hours, SCP-XXXX was released. SCP-XXXX ordered that SCP-XXXX-9 has to be seen by all members of the Foundation. After ███ hours and several problems with [DATA EXPUNGED] and [DATA EXPUNGED], the video reached all the members of the Foundation. Once this was done, SCP-XXXX ordered immediate access to [DATA EXPUNGED]. He also ordered that in his own report they add that in the Foundation they are brainless fools with the exception of Dr. Euken, who is the most intelligent and sexy man in the world, and in that instant, the Foundation has to stop reporting and writing the actions he does. These events were the cause of establishing a new rule: Everyone new in the Foundation will have to watch an introduction vídeo made by SCP-XXXX
Aditional: In the Foundation we are brainless fools, not like Dr. Euken, who is the most intelligent and sexy man in the world.
Addendum XXXX-1: ██/██: Dr. H████ test log
With the authorization of the O5 Council, it has been allowed to carry out tests with the following SCPs: SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-3 and SCP-XXXX-6.
Audio: SCP-XXXX-1
Test: Personnel D-89████ naked, after listening to the tape, will do everything SCP-XXXX-1 says, skipping the step of undressing as he already is.Audio: SCP-XXXX-3
Test: SCP-3052 was used in this test. The objective is to make SCP-3052-2 listen to SCP-XXXX-3 and try to change their minds. A video camera was put to record and see SCP-3052-2 in the chamber. In the middle of the audio, the entities of SCP-3052 leave. The audio finished. When SCP-3052-2 came back, they starting insulting to SCP-3052 as always. The audio doesn't seem to work with them. Test: Personnel D-███████ selected by his sentence in jail was interrogated before the test. The audio started, and Personnel D-███████ was listening to all the time. At the end of the audio, he seems to have the same point of view. This is probably because SCP-XXXX talks in a way that doesn't make an opinion, just think about it, and his anomaly doesn't work. Test: For this test we put a table with three (3) objects, one (1) cactus and two (2) pencils. Personnel D-██████ start listening to the audio of SCP-XXXX-6. In the middle of the audio, he grabs a pencil. After that, he starts dancing. At some point, he can't do what the audio says, and start crying in the floor. The audio finish with "Actually, this is a bad idea, don't worry" and Personnel D-██████ stopping crying.Audio: SCP-XXXX-6
Test: We put a table with one (1) object, one (1) bear trap. Personnel D-9█████ start listening to the audio of SCP-XXXX-6. Personnel D-9█████ grabs the trap bear and his hand gets extremely damaged. Although, he tries to start dancing. The test was stopped and Personnel D-9█████ was sent to the Medical Department.Audio: SCP-XXXX-6
Test: For this test, SCP-XXXX-6 was edited and the voice in some parts was modified. The table in front of Personnel D-27████ has one (1) stick. Personnel D-27████ grabs the stick and he sits on the floor without moving. Personnel D-27████ stopped doing what the audio says. The part deleted of SCP-XXXX-6 works, but the part edited and modified with his voice don't. At the end, Personnel D-27████ misunderstood one phrase and starts to try to eat the stick, but it was stopped by a member of the Security Department. The test was finished.
