Special Containment Procedure: SCP-8163 is to be in a cell with the walls being 5 inches of Iron followed by 5 more inches of titanium plating, 8163’s cell has to be at least a 7x8 room. The outside of 8163’s chamber must be guarded by 2 Level 3 Security Guards, wearing a full-body iron plated suits and equipped with standard small handguns. The guards must be swapped every six hours. Only Level 3s and up or people with permission from three 05 council members or up can enter this room. All who enter must also be equipped with the Iron plated suits.
Special Recontainment Procedure: In the event that SCP-8163 does breach, all MTF in charge of containing said SCP must be issued ceramic fabric armor and be equipped with any firearms that wouldn’t kill 8163 but would stun or injure injure. All personnel that have not evacuated or have gotten attacked by SCP-8163 should be captured and given aid for the venom from SCP-8163s’ claws. If SCP-8163 has not been found all personnel assigned to this SCP will sweep the nearby halls and other sections, if still not found then gas the expected areas with nerve gas or any type of anesthetic where they could have been in. Any sight of the SCP outside of their containment room should be reported to Site Staff immediately.
If SCP-8163 needs to be transported, they must first come willingly and cuffed, if they don’t come willingly they would need to be sedated. In case the latter comes into play the unconscious body of SCP-8163 is then to be locked onto a 6x4 ft table. This medical table is to be guarded by no less than 2 Senior Guards the entire trip.
Description: SCP-8163 is a humanoid figure approximately 5 ft 4 in tall, with an estimated weight of 162 lbs. They have bright red eyes with messy black hair, 8163 has an oily pale white skin. SCP-8163 has a poisonous/venomous black liquid that seeps out of their skin. This liquid has large doses of highly concentrated carbon, with several unknown chemicals and elements. SCP-8163 uses this liquid to create an elongated version of it's arms, these elongated appendages closely resemble claws. These appendages are razor sharp and could cut through sheet metal, SCP-8163 uses its claws to either shred their targets or completely rip apart the victim's body. SCP-8163s’ claws have a poisonous effect on whatever they strike, the poison will make the victim have the following effects almost instantaneously (Nausea, Dizziness, Headaches, excessive blood loss). After 15 minutes of being struck by the claw(s), the victim will begin to vomit their own blood and organs slowly making them die of blood loss. If said victim were to run away, they would be chased down by 8163, as they have been shown to have incredible strength, speed, and agility alike the victims of Scp-914’s “Very Fine” upgraded Medkits. Scp-8163 also if harmed has an abnormal healing ability that is fast but cannot stop full on death. They are immune to most diseases and even have been shown to not be affected by Scp-049's "Death touch." See "Test 8163-6 A" for further details.

SCP-8163: Hello, is someone there?
[Dr.Carlos enters the room and sits in front of SCP-8163]
Dr.Carlos: Yes we are here Scp-8163
SCP-8163: [Could be heard breathing heavily possibly scared from Dr.Carlos entering the room] Where am I, and what do you mean 8163? My name is El, El Valentine.
Dr.Carlos: You are at the foundation, we collect creatures and items like you who have anomalous effects, and yes we are aware of your name 8163.
SCP-8163: What do you mean creatures like me? I am human.
Dr.Carlos: We are aware of your anomalous abilities 8163. No-one will hurt you here if you follow our instructions. Could you tell us about yourself, I would like to know more about what makes you-…
[Dr.Carlos pauses and looks back up at SCP-8163]
Dr.Carlos: Yourself.
SCP-8163: [8163 scans the room, it seems to be looking for any threats but not seeing any they it seems to calm down] I am not really special.
Dr.Carlos: Tell me about what you feed on, uhhh why you hunt. Things like this are valuable to know.
SCP-8163: I eat [SCP-8163 seems to pause for a moment, gathering their thoughts] human kidneys and liver. If I don't then my body burns up like uhh… inflammation, but no marks are visible.
Dr.Carlos: Good, [Carlos writes down some notes as 8163 becomes clearly more uncomfortable] could you tell me about the day you got your abilities?
SCP-8163: [8163 seems to calm down a bit] I don’t know exactly when I was first able to get them, but the first time I used them was when I was. Fifteen, my family was abusive to me. They always kept me in the basement hitting me with. whips, stick from outside, they even cut my back with broken beer bottles and knives. The night I snuck out, I started to feel. Stronger my limbs on fire as I stepped inside the house killing my brother and sister in their sleep [8163’s breathing started to increase rapidly] I started to make my way to my parents room, and I. [8163 mumbles something quietly]
Dr.Carlos: What? I couldn’t quite hear you 8163.
SCP-8163: I tore them apart. Limb from limb, blood was pouring everywhere. I started to actually feed for once. my body it started to burn [8163 started to stare around the room looking at something in the corner as a blood vessel pops in their right eye] The burning was too much! [8163 furiously looked around the room, it seemed scared]
Dr.Carlos: 8163 we need you to calm down and focus.
SCP-8163: Blood was everywhere, [8163 could be heard breathing heavily, would shake in the locked shackles on the chair screaming as if in pain] everything burns!
[SCP-8163 started to scream that everything burned before Dr.Carlos jumps out of his seat yelling at the MTF in the interrogation room]
Dr.Carlos: GET HIM SEDATED NOW!
[Two MTF run at SCP-8163 sedating it with a heavy amount of anesthetic, sounds of screaming can be heard as they leave with 8163 slowly falling under a medicated coma]
Interviewer Notes: From the interviewer, We can hear that once SCP-8163 has been in human society for some time and even longer since they were on the run for [REDACTED] years. We don’t know where they originated, but we now know how they were able to use their power. It seems as though 8163 might have PTSD from the incident that set this ability into action. SCP-8163 also expresses sorrow for all it has killed. As if the SCP doesn’t want to kill but has to, in order to survive.

"Because of the nature of this SCP a wide range of test data would be helpful. Dr. Gears has ordered that any researcher can have access for biological testing if they themselves are or they are supervised by a Level 3 researcher. All testing is to be recorded in file #8163-E (Experiment Log 8163). Biological testing will continue only with prior clearance by at least 2 05 Council Members.
