Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5212 is to be contained in an area no smaller than 5 m x 5 m (16 ft x 16 ft) and given adequate room to move. The chamber is to be constructed of concrete, as it is the only material SCP-5212 is unable to manipulate. Devices, games, and books are to be provided and rotated every (2) months. Proper bedding, bathroom, and medical facilities are to be maintained at all times.
Anyone attempting to enter SCP-5212’s containment cell must have access from a level-3 personnel or higher. No more than 1 personnel is allowed to be in SCP-5212’s containment chamber, so as to not aggravate it.
During a containment breach or SCP-5212 begins its condition, concrete doors will be lowered. This prevents SCP-5212 from breaching containment. A concrete barrier will also lower of the glass allowing researchers to observe SCP-5212. Any civilian that has been turned to concrete during a containment breach are to be treated with class-C amnestics.
Description: SCP-5212 is a 16 year old humanoid girl, it has the mental capacity of a normal girl in high school. It has soft brown hair and light blue eyes. SCP-5212 is agitated very easily. It gets frustrated with most questions regarding where its abilities came from. It has not stated whether it would like to escape the foundation or not. SCP-5212 is not fond of many of the other SCP’s held in the foundation. The only SCP she does like is SCP-999. Every friday she requests at least 1 hour with SCP-999. The foundation only allows SCP-5212 access to SCP-999 occasionally.
SCP-5212 has the ability of telekinesis. Anything being manipulated by SCP 5212 will be surrounded in a blue sphere of energy. When a biological organism is manipulated by SCP-5212, the organism will turn into concrete for 10 hours. After 10 hours of concrete, the organism will be turned to normal. Any organism that has been turned to concrete will be labeled SCP-5212-1. Any organism affected with SCP-5212-1 is unable to be moved by SCP-5212 again, as it is made of concrete. Any object being manipulated by SCP-5212 will become invincible and unable to break. 30 seconds after being manipulated, the object will return to its normal condition. SCP-5212 does not seem to have any limit to using its abilities.
At least twice a month SCP-5212 will go into an uncontrollable phase. This phase will consist of SCP-5212 affecting all personnel around it with SCP-5212-1. It will then attempt to breach containment. This phase will last anywhere from 1 to 24 hours. Once this phase is over SCP-5212 will return to normal. It will be unable to remember what happened.

The following is an interview in which SCP-5212 is asked about it’s life before the foundation.
Dr. Bridge walks into SCP-5212’s containment cell. SCP-5212 drops a book it was reading and walks over to the table.
SCP-5212: “Hello Dr.”
Dr. Bridge: “Hello 5212. I have a few questions about your life before the foundation.”
SCP-5212: “Yeah, I guess”
Dr. Bridge: “First question; In general what was your life like?”
SCP-5212: “I was living in a small cottage slightly off of the city. My mom was very supportive of me regardless of my abilities. On the other hand, when my dad learned of my abilities, he ran. We had a good life, me and my mother. She was working all the time to try to support us.”
Dr. Bridge: “I see. What happened to your mother?”
SCP-5212: “2 days before you brought me here, my mother disappeared. Nothing was taken. Not a backpack, food, water, nothing. She was just gone.”
Dr. Bridge: “Do you have any ideas what happened to her?”
SCP-5212: “No. There is no evidence. There are no traces of her anywhere. It is like she didn’t even exist.”
Dr. Bridge: “No further questions on that topic. Were you allowed to go out into any public areas?”
SCP-5212 starts lifting a book up and down, playing with it.
SCP-5212: “No. My mother believed I was too dangerous with my phase.”
Dr. Bridge: “I understand her concern.”
SCP-5212 Drops the book.
SCP-5212: You do? Awesome. You know what, I'm done with this! I'm leaving!
SCP-5212 gets up and starts pushing everything away from her.
Dr. Bridge gets up quickly and backs up.
Dr. Bridge: Calm Down!SCP-5212 picks up Dr. Bridge and turns him into concrete. Combative personnel enter the chamber and fire tasers on SCP-5212. SCP-5212 passes out. Dr. Bridge is picked up and sent to the Medical bay.
SCP-5212 is picked up and put into it's bed.

Addendum-SCP-5212-B: SCP-5212 begins turning all personnel around it into concrete. SCP-5212s containment cell is put on lockdown. The concrete lockdown doors fail to lower. Causing a containment breach of SCP-5212. SCP-5212 killed over 100 Foundation Personnel during the breach. SCP-5212 managed to break out of the site. It kept traveling for 17 hours and 38 minutes until its phase stopped. A Nu-7 helicopter squadron was sent out to locate and secure SCP-5212. SCP-5212 was returned to its containment chamber shortly after that.
