Special containment procedures: Scp-3678 is to be kept in a small sound proof storage cell, a room should be adjacent to the cell with speakers connected from there into the cell, the
only other objects permitted to have a permanent station in the cell are a standard old television and
a C.D player, any other recording or amplifying instruments are to be removed with caution while
wearing noise cancelling headphones and eye blocking gear. Level 2 access required.
Description: Scp-3678 is a standard C.D, when played it will depict a movie that usually takes place in a forest, the forest in the movie is yet to be found, each time it is viewed the movie is reported differently than it was before. Usually all people and animals in the movie have strange corrosion's near the chest and abdomen area. The faces of these people seem to have been erased and then replaced with standard straight line eyes and a smile, after finishing the film subjects will report feeling happy and calm. After about a week subjects will start experiencing symptoms, their eyes will look bloodshot and droopy, their mouth will always be in a slight smile and they will struggle to talk properly. After about two weeks since exposure to the Scp the subject's face will start to form as those in the movie, they will not be able to talk and will not seem to sleep, staying awake and starting into nothing for hours.
When interviewed the subject will not speak but will rather communicate through gestures and sometimes drawing, when asked about their condition they will respond as the following "Oh im great! The movie was so wonderful you should see it some time!" when asked again they will repeat it. The subject will often divert conversations back to the movie and will happily describe it.

Dr [redacted]: "Please keep this interview professional and answer all questions clearly and without diverting to another topic, understand?"
-Subject nods while smiling-
Dr [redacted]: "Alright, now what was the movie about? How did it play out?"
-Subject begins describing a beautiful forest and insists multiple times that everyone should see it-
Dr [redacted]: "Please refrain from redirecting the conversation. Now what did you feel after watching the movie?"
-Subject reports feeling like all their cares washed away, they continue insisting-
Dr [redacted]: "Are you aware that your face is locked in a permanent smile?"
-Subject interrupts the researcher and insists not to worry about that and just watch the movie-
Dr [redacted]: -to security- "I'm not getting anything else out of him, conclude this conversation-
