Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5319 is to be placed in a large, social interaction free, transparent-ceiling room with a sealed door, with each wall covered ceiling to floor with multiple layers of cardboard coated with denatonium benzoate, which is a bitter but non toxic agent which will deter attempts of SCP-5319 to eat, chew, or lick the cardboard layers but instead allowing SCP-5319 to claw at the walls freely with no harmful side-effects. The floor is to be coated with a layer of sod, leveling at half a meter deep. The walls will slope into the room at a 5-degree angle and will be built at least 5 meters tall to prevent SCP-5319 to climb to the top of the containment. If SCP-5319 manages to climb to the top of the enclosure to the ceiling it will be met with 8 water spraying devices that are instantly activated to spray water. SCP-5319 is to be given daily portions of sea-food such as tuna, bass, or swordfish, amounting one kilo per 24 hour cycle, preferably at 12 pm. SCP-5319 is to also be given a sealed toy raccoon tail filled with Nepeta Cataria (known commonly as Catnip, or Catmint) to play and be sedated with.
Description:
SCP-5319 (unofficially known as "██████ ██████" by its biological parents, and "Cat-girl" by the people of ████'█████████ (████████████)) is a genetically modified human female with traits and features of a common house cat. SCP-5319 has a face and head shape of a human, but ears on top of the head and whiskers on either side of its nose similar to a house cat. SCP-5319 has body-wide hair coverage, including the chest, legs, arms, and neck. SCP-5319 has the hand and foot shape of a human, but retractable claws of a house cat from where the nails of a humans fingers or toes would be. It has the chest of a common house cat and no visible human female breasts. SCP-5319 shares its cat DNA primarily with a Calico cat, having white hair including orange and black accents, and blue eyes with pupils similar to a house cat. SCP-5319 has an extended tail bone that extends up to 50 centimeters and is fully controllable.
Addendum:
SCP-5319 is the result of a failed stem cell test with the procedures being lead by world renounced stem cell scientist ██████ ████████. ████████ was given the task to engineer "anime cat-girls" by an investor, entrepreneur, and engineer ████ ████ and was given an initial funding investment of ████ Million USD by ████ himself. With initial testing done on several generations of rats, cows, and chimpanzees, testing was successful with all three animals respectively. With a human volunteer campaign underway, scientists working under ████████ expressed concern with doing testing on undeveloped human embryos, which was dismissed later by ████████ with the reason given that the prior testing on the other animals was successful with a 98% success ratio. Tested embryos were given the same series of stem cells as the successful chimpanzee embryos in the past, and after successful transfusion was given 8 months to be given birth to continue tests until 18 years of age.
After the infused embryos were birthed, all 50 were tested for any negative side effects such as failing organs, inadequate immunity systems and missing or extra chromosomes. All 50 passed the initial testing for 13 years when the test subjects started to develop traits of puberty. This was dismissed by ████████ until SCP-5319, one of the 50, started to develop traits of hostility towards the nurses and scientists. SCP-5319 had to be sedated to prevent lashing out towards the nurses, scientists, and other fellow test subjects. SCP-5319 was placed in a holding cell away from all other test subjects and all social activity such as learning classes, test checkups, and social interactions with other test subject friends. This made SCP-5319 even more hostile towards not only the nurses, scientists, and test subjects but also to familiar people such as SCP-5319's biological parents.
After fears of driving SCP-5319 mentally insane from scientists working under ████████, they allowed SCP-5319 to return to the main test subject chambers and learning classes. SCP-5319 continued to display extreme cases of hostility to nurses, scientists, and test subjects, even attempts to scratch, claw, grab or bite the respective listed. ████████ ordered to have SCP-5319 put down after killing a scientist and a fellow test subject friend. SCP-5319's biological parents ordered to save SCP-5319 but were dismissed by ████████. With the procedure to put down SCP-5319 in effect, ████████ personally took the syringe and stuck it into SCP-5319. Thinking that SCP-5319 was officially deceased, they threw the body of SCP-5319 into the Siberian wilderness to decompose. SCP-5319 woke up at some point after being thrown into Siberia and scavenged for food and shelter in the city of ████'█████████, where it killed two teenagers in an abandoned metalwork's warehouse.
After a police report of the two missing teenagers was filed the morning after the killings by a witness named ██████ █████████, the SCP Foundation was called in by an embedded agent working undercover as a scientist under ████████ to examine and contain SCP-5319. The people of ████'█████████ were told via newspaper that the murders were caused by "Gang shootouts" but the people still tell tales of "Cat-girl" despite containment efforts. ████████ shortly after finding out about the murders ordered the euthanization of all human-cat hybrid test subjects, cancellation of the testing procedures, and for SCP-5319 to be contained securely. There was harassment from the Russian Military for SCP-5319 to be tried in court for first-degree murder, permission was denied by the Foundation with the Russian Military being told to keep the reports classified under the federal government.
