Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained within a 6 m x 4 m x 5 m airtight room devoid of any reflective material or artificial light within heavy containment of Site-██. SCP-XXXX is to be kept mounted on the back of containment unit with a plastic tarp covering over it and must be replaced if damaged. A laser grid is installed 10 cm apart throughout the entire room (See Incident 4-5) Monthly Weekly inspections must be carried out with only 4 authorized personnel to inspect the condition of the SCP-XXXX as well as the containment unit with specialized gear. Cameras are to be placed corners where the SCP-XXXX cannot be seen. Each personnel must undergo a psyche revaluation as well as physical revaluation after each inspection and surveillance of SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX-1A, 1B, 1C (See Incident 2 & 8) is contained within a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m airtight standard humanoid containment unit. SCP-XXXX-1D is contained in a 3 m x 3 m x 5 m airtight containment unit. Description: SCP-XXXX is a old antique mirror measuring 1 m x 1.8 m dating back to 1878. It sides are decorated with a gold hue with extensive wear and engravings of unidentified floral, at the bottom a texts stating "eurT". SCP-XXXX is a trans-dimensional mirror capable of bringing entities and personnel in and out of a mirrored reality. If moved to a different location, SCP-XXXX must wait approximately a months time for it to resurface an deemed "Activated". As of date is safe to interact and pending for request of reclassification. SCP-XXXX can be entered by going through without a light source with several MTF having been dispatched and recovering samples, facility members and encountering instances of SCP-XXXX-1.

During recovery of SCP-XXXX (See Addendum XXXX-1), abnormal entities classified as instances of SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 was present providing difficulty to the recovery team.

A new anomaly has manifested at Site-██ and a instance of a entity, now classified as SCP-XXXX-3 was spotted in reflective surfaces as a black shadow surrounding the heavy containment and parts of light containment, every and any personnel visiting or on site are instructed to not carry anything that would reflect near parts of the facility SCP-XXXX-3 has affected. If SCP-XXXX-3 has found a material it finds suitable it would proceed to [REDACTED], after which the object, SCP-XXXX-4 must be destroyed completely to prevent breach. Summary: Residents Margaret and William bodies found outside residences, a entity resembling of both deceased residents attacked and killed Cadet Henry, during entry, body of resident Stan was recovered and the entity devouring him was dispatched. A young female recovered from house, entity expired from a knife to the abdominal region. Entering the washroom or the center of the anomaly, Cadet Jackson suddenly became hostile gaining a significant amount of muscle mass and shooting Lieutenant Davis, Cadet Jackson is taken out. Several entities escape the anomaly identified as a mirror, Cadet Cassell expired from injuries taken by the entities. SCP-XXXX appears to be "deactivated" and was able to be extracted from the household.

End Report, Extraction End: <August, █3, 201█, 01:██>

After this Incident, a thorough investigation was conducted to determine the reasons behind Cadet Cassell's sudden hostility resulting in Sigma-13 disbandment and 6 of the 22 cadets terminated, with 14 reassigned and 2 demoted to D-Class, Commander Wilson and Lieutenant Rogers was demoted Facility Guard at Site-██ & Site-19. Punished for suspected plotting against Foundation, and failure to prevent mutiny. Further investigation of SCP-XXXX abilities proved innocents of Commander Wilson, Lieutenant Rogers and several reassigned MTF. The pardoned MTF are freely allowed to reform Sigma-13.

Addendum: XXXX-3 Additional Incidents, Interviews, Testing on SCP-XXXX

+ SCP-XXXX Incident Log [ACCESS GRANTED]

Incident 1: On September, 13, 201█, 06:█4, SCP-XXXX is "Reactivated" after a month of neutralization, three Scientist were in SCP-XXXX containment unit and was replaced with a instance of SCP-XXXX-1 and attack several other personnel on Site-██. No facility members were killed during the event, however 2 MTF and 11 Scientist were injured. SCP-XXXX moved to Heavy Containment. Reclassification as Euclid.

Incident 2: On September, 27, 201█, 23:12, Chaos Insurgency raided Site-██, and several SCP got stolen and others get destroyed or broken out of containment. Chaos come upon SCP-XXXX and turned into instances of SCP-XXXX-1 and turned on their squadron, opening fire and seemingly "Defending" SCP-XXXX. A stray bullet flew in to SCP-XXXX and shatter the exterior, Chaos retreated with a shard from SCP-XXXX. When MTF approached the inflicted Chaos, they remain docile and approached MTF peacefully, having the ability to speak and understand Foundation personnel. Each instance of SCP-XXXX-1 inflicting Chaos classified as SCP-XXXX-1A, 1B, 1C, 1D. Reclassification of SCP-XXXX to "Maksur", Light removed from containment.

Incident 3: On September, 16, 201█, 04:33, The shard of SCP-XXXX was found 500m away from Site-19, A year since Incident 2. When peering through the broken piece of SCP-XXXX, the viewer was able to see themselves through the eyes of SCP-XXXX-1 without being swapped, any and all movement that the viewer does, the "Interpretation" will attempt to mimic the viewer The shard was placed back in SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX "Reactivating", Reclassified as Keter..

Incident 4-5: SCP-XXXX-2 damage the containment unit walls, implementation of a laser grid capable of dispatching instances of SCP-XXXX-2 was approved.

Dr. Lance:SCP-XXXX-1B, I'm Dr. Lance, one of my associates has determined that, after multiple tests, you are the most intelligent of the four Chaos afflicted, so has assigned me to interview you for several questions.

Test 1 - September, 17, 201█, 14:23
Subject: D-9738, Male, 23
Background: D-9738 has a criminal past of: 2 theft charges, 3 counts of assault, and 1 charge of 2nd degree murder.
Test: D-9738 must look at SCP-XXXX
Results: D-9738 became humanoid creature with bone protrusion from the biceps and spinal regions. reclassified as SCP-XXXX-1-9738 was docile in nature however when exposed to light, XXXX-1-9738 became erratic and clawed at the containment walls, Dr. Greed² turned on the laser grid killing SCP-XXXX-1-9738. When recovering D-9738, the D-class had his finger tips wore to the bone and bloody as a result of the clawing on containment walls done by SCP-XXXX-1-9738. D-9738 died from blood loss.

Background: D-8956 has a criminal past of: 2 counts of car theft, and 1 charge shop lifting.
Test: D-8956 must look at SCP-XXXX
Result: D-8956 became a humanoid-like creature with highly frail and disproportionate body parts. SCP-XXXX-1-8956 became aggressive after viewing it own reflection and jumped on the ceiling, tearing through the metal. Lasers were damaged, Facility guards attempted to dispatch XXXX-1-8956. XXXX-1-8956 was killed 7 minutes after containment breach resulting in death of 6 Foundation faculty. In recoverery of D-8956, he was found lying dead on the ground, presumably killed from falling as it's hands were not damaged. The 6 dead facility members were found transforming into a instance of SCP-XXXX-2.
**Note:* Dr. Greed response after reviewing footage of the transformation. "Shit…that's disgusting, better add that to the report. Warm the on-site doctors to be advised when reviewing this footage. Especially one's specifically assigned to monitor this one."

Background: D-9813 has a criminal past of: 1 charge of cannibalism and 1 count of breaking and entering. D-9828 has a criminal past of: 1 count of car theft and 1 charge of possession of drugs.
Test: D-9813 is to look at SCP-XXXX, D-9828 is to avoid all eye contact of SCP-XXXX
Result: D-9813 became a canine-like creature with protrusions of bones around the spine at approximately as big as D-9813 was. SCP-XXXX-1-9813 was docile and resembled a confused puppy, however was quite violet when it noticed D-9828 and attacked. D-9829 expired. Lasers enabled, killing XXXX-1-9813. When recovering D-9813, he was found consuming the flesh of SCP-XXXX-1-9828. Despite being a cannibal, D-9813 was disgusted at eating the rotten flesh and begged to stop eating. D-9813 was returned to his cell.

Background: Agent R████ had killed her commanding officer during a containment breach, when question she explained that SCP-████ had killed him, security cameras proved otherwise.
Test: Agent R████ must look at SCP-XXXX restrained.
Result: Agent R████ turned into a ███████, rampaging around Site-██. Available MTF units such as "Nine Tailed Fox" were in the area during containment breach. Agent R████ was dispatched after 1 hour. 19 on-site staff were killed and injured. When recovering Agent R████, She was found dead from multiple SCP-XXXX-2. When examined, she had fractured 15 bones, had her hands scraped to the bone, her teeth having been cracked and brittle from jaw strain.
Note: Dr Greed response to the footage: "So after all that, she got eaten? Tell Commander Lester that he won't be getting his revenge. Poor girl…"

Test: Dr. A█████ must look at SCP-XXXX.
Result: Dr. A█████ did not transform into SCP-XXXX-1, psyche and physical revaluation have proven that no transformation was under went. But did feel a sickly sensation when viewing SCP-XXXX, having to vomit and suffer dehydration, nausea, and having little energy.
Note: "Tell the MTF to kill any facility members they see on the other side, hopeful this would put a end to related incidents. But don't let them look at SCP-XXXX. Dr. A█████ barely made it."- Dr. Greed
