Containment procedures:
Scp-xxxx w and b are stored in the standard storage unit at site 145. Tests using them must be coordinated with and approved by the Amnestics r&d division and the _ r&d department. Access will require confirmation of one personnal level 3 or higher and all interactions with xxxx-w or xxxx-b will be subject for immidiate review by the ethics committee .Unreadacted copies are to be given to both departments. Dr. Heimer is to be involved in all tests and experiments.
Description:
xxxx-w and xxxx-b were recovered from_, Italy on November 13th _, from the house of a local Noble , Don _, after reports that a party ended with 45% of attendees suffering extensive memory loss, 3 mysterious disappearences, 27% suffering delusions, hallucinations and other types of psychosis and 20% claiming to have "Memories not of their own". Mobile Task force 352 (Forgive and Forget) specializing in memory altering anomalies, was dispatched to the area.
While restoring the lost memories went smoothly by following standard procedure, amnestics proved ineffective in dealing with the hallucinations and foregin memories. By recommendation of the ethics committee and approval of the O5 council the memories surrounding the event(these memories appeared to respond to amnestic treatment, unlike the memories resulting from the event) were altered, and publicly explained as an accidental mixture of leaking gas pipes, lead poisoning and a few rare underground fungui from the psilocybin family that caused the onset and permenance of said effects.
Scp-xxxx consists of two ceramic bottles, each 1 litre in volume: a white ceramic bottle with the black inscription "Forget" on its front (from here on designated as xxxx w)and an identically proportioned black bottle with a white inscription "Remember"(designated as xxxx b). Both bottles have an inscription at the bottom, in a text matching the font and colour of the frontal inscription, reading "purchased from Mort's little shop of curiosities". Attempts to find said shop are ongoing.
Both bottles have been measured to contain an identical amount (0.71 L) of clear liquid. Chemical testing shows the liquid to be purified water. The amount of liquid in each bottle remains constant, regardless of how much has been poured out. It is unclear how the bottles are rifilled as it happens Immediately, nor how some of the liquid seems to have been permenantly drained from both bottles.The primary anomalous effects of both objects will only activate if ingested orally.
Drinking 0.01ml of the liquid from xxxx-w will cause the subject to lose an hour of memory. While this appears random at first, tests show that if focused on one memory, specifically negative and traumatic ones, the subject will lose this specific memory. Research into creating trauma suppressing medicine is pending approval. Research into creating xxxx-w based amnestics has been denied due to side effects(see addendum W)
Drinking 0.01ml of the liquid from b will cause the inverse effect of causing repressed, and even erased or amnestisized memories to reapear. It appears that memories restored in such a way will be "strenghened" so to speak- it will no longer be possible to erase them through any known means, including xxxx-w. Research into creating medicine for memory loss due to various illnesses has been currently susspended due to adverse effects of an overdose (see addendum B). For research on creating _ based on the liquid produced by xxxx-b, please refer to the _ r&d department.
Addendum W: it appears that drinking an amount of liquid from w that would correspond to a greater amount than the current total of hours that the subject has lived before consuming it( including invitro), the body of the subject will begin to rapidly deteriorate. Consuming 0.25 ml more than the stated amount will result in the subject turning into a dust-like substance. Upon analysis it is found to be made primarily from Guanine, Thymine, Cytosine and Adenine.
Addendum B: drinking an amount of liquid from B that would correspond to the current total amount of hours the subject has lived(including in vitero) the subject will begin to regain memories of events that happened before their birth. It is speculated that those memories belong to the genetic ansectors of the subject, but there is currently no confirmation of that(see test log 4126).

Subject:D-4119, 32 year old male.
Subject was sentenced to death row after violently dismembering his wife for cheating on him. Subject is known to be cooperative, lacking in most communication.
Dr. Heimer: Do you see the bottle in front of you?
D-4119: Yes, doctor.
Dr. Heimer: please pour yourself water up to the marked line on the cup.
/Subject proceeds to pour 5 ml of xxxx-w liquid/
Dr. Heimer: Bottoms up.

/Subject drinks the liquid. Subjects behavior and demeanor change noticibly, becoming much more cheerful./
Dr. Heimer: 4119? How are you feeling?
D-4119: Pretty good, doc. When does the test start? Also, can I drink some water? Thirsty as all hell suddenly.
Dr. Heimer:I will bring you some water. The bottle in front of you has been contaminated. Please, hold on a few minutes.

Dr. Heimer: This will be a bit shorter than expected, I will just ask you some questions- seems like your files is missing some info.
D-4119, cheerfully: You got it doc. Lay 'em on me.
Dr. Heimer: 4119, are you married?
D-4119: Yes sir.
Dr. Heimer: Could you state your spouse's name, gender and how long you have been married?
D-4119: Jenny, female. We have been married for nearly 5 years now.
/Subject would have been married to his wife, named Jenny, for nearly five years if she hadn't been deceased/
Dr. Heimer: I see. Any stress in the relationship?
D-4119: The normal stuff, I guess. Chores, paychecks and so on.
Dr. Heimer: Alright, last question for today- do you recall anything unusual about September 25th,___?

D-4119 appears disoriented for a few seconds before responding
D-4119: I…no, I don't recall anything strange.

Subject:D-4126, 20 year old female.
Subject suffers from extensive memory loss, at least in part due to being subjected to wide scale abuse from the group she was raised in until age 18, called the_.
Dr. Heimer:"Good evening, 4126. How are you feeling?"
D-4126 doesn't respond.
Dr.Heimer:"D-4126, can you hear me? Please respond."
Subject nods slightly.
Dr.Heimer:"Do you remember anything between the summer of _ and ?"

D-4126 shakes his head:"No. Nothing there."
Dr.Heimer:" Not a single thing ? Anything at all might be of use."
D-4126 expression shifts into further depression :" Sorry."
Dr. Heimer:" Alright. Do you see the bottle and cup In front of you? Please pour yourself a glass. After that, we will start."
/D-4126 pours herself a full glass (roughly 500 ml.)of liquid from scp-xxxx b and drinks all of it. Subjects seems to experience large amounts of pain./
Dr.Heimer:"4126? Is something wrong?"
/Subject doesn't respond and begins sobbing uncontrollably/
Dr.Heimer:"4126, what is going on?"
D-4126 sobbing:" I remember… Everything! Those bastards…"
Dr. Heimer:" 4126, what do you remember? What happened then?"
D-4126:* Incoherent *.
/Dr. Heimer was advised to postpone the test to a later date. He refused. The following twenty minutes have been removed as containing no useful information/
D-4126, still sobbing but seemingly more calm now:"They were supposed to be my family but…"
Dr. Heimer:" Alright, I think that's enough for today. You should get some -"
D-4126, standing up:" Hey, Alex? Can you help me out? I have a job to do later, and I'm in no condition to *data expunged*. Maybe some ____?"
Dr. Heimer:"… How did you call me?"
D-4126, appearing emberessed:" Sorry, doctor. I know you said to call you by title when at work. Still a bit hard though."
Dr. Heimer:"…I never told you that. Or my name, for that matter."
D-4126, visibly confused:" Sure you did. Ages ago… You must've…"
Dr. Heimer:" Try and recall, what did I call you in that conversation?"
D-4126, becoming extremely pale:"Jack… That… Who's Jack?? What did you do to me??"

Addendum 4126:
Dr. Heimer believes that the Jack from the previous log was referring to agent Jack , a friend of the family and former mentor of Dr.Heimer, who passed away nearly__ years ago. It has been found that {data expunged}
Test-222:
Subject, here by referred to as Katherina, is a "clone" resulting from agent Kathrine __'s interaction with scp-222.
Katherina exhibits the standard results of cloning by scp-222, that is, same idiology as the original with none of the memories of life events. Subject has been shown to be cooperative with foundation personal, and is assumed to be loyal based on past experiments with scp-222.
Dr.Heimer:"Good morning Katherina. How are you feeling today? "
Katherina:"Quite well, thank you."
Dr.Heimer:"Wonderful any memories poping up yet?"
Katherina:"Sorry doctor, but nothing yet."
Dr.Heimer:"Alright, today's experiment will require you to drink some water from the black bottle on the table. We think it may help your memory loss."
/Subject drinks a glass (750 ml.) Of liquid from xxxx-b. Then a second and third glass./
Dr. Heimer, with mild anxiety:"Alright, that's quite enough now. Put the bottle down."
Katherina puts down the bottle, and seems mildly displeased.
Dr. Heimer:"Katherina? Is everything okay?"
/Katherina begins screaming in pain, twisting and clutching her head. Her screams were later translated from old slavonic. Transcript of the approximate translation has been provided /
"Who are these people? What are those names?!?who am I??? Where is the Zmey?!?? Where are my men?? What have you done with them, sorcerer?? Show yourself and face me like a man, you excremental puitresence of Satana!!!"
/The fit lasted approximately one minute until a sudden cessation. Upon inspection Katherina was pronounced dead. Autopsy revealed severe intracranial damage, originating from the hippocampus outwards./
