Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently under the posession of 05-██. Personnel that wishes to use SCP -XXXX can only do so, when 05-1 to 05-13 give the Authority to do so.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an old Leather bound briefcase of approx. 35 cm x 45 cm x 12,5 cm. It has an attached handle and possesses a 4 digit numeric lock. SCP-XXXX will open regardless of the Combination put in. However, it will hold a document, corresponding the SCP designation that matches the number previously entered. All documents that mainfest in SCP-XXXX will be complete in their entirety. (meaning that all blacked out data, all data expunges and/or data redactions, and even all data corruptions will be removed, leaving a complete document)
When a Document is removed, and SCP-XXXX is closed again, the document outside of SCP-XXXX will evaporate.
Despite the nature of SCP-XXXX only Personnel with a clearance level of 5 and higher, and under the approval of the 05 Council is allowed to perform testing in any way.
Under the direct order of the 05-Council, some testing, regarding SCP-XXXX was performed, to showcase how far the data clearing can go.
