Item #: SCP-3964
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3964 is to be kept in a gelatin sphere that is kept inside a locked containment chamber. The containment chamber must be equipped with several large drains. SCP-3964 is not to be taken out of it's chamber unless permission has been granted by a Level 3 Researcher. (See Incident 3964-1)
Description: SCP-3964 appears as a standard plastic cup. When SCP-3964 is spilled, it will not empty, but it will continue to flood the area until SCP-3964 has been set upright again. The reason why it doesn't empty is unknown. Occasionally, SCP-3964 will change liquids, some of these include milk, cola, silver, and most notably, SCP-447-2.
Initial Containment: SCP-3964 was found by Foundation agents when reports of a large amount of Coca-Cola flooding a neighborhood in the city of ███████, Washington. Containment proceeded without incident and all witnesses were given Class-A Amnestics. SCP-3964 is currently contained at Site-██.
Incident 3964-1 Several Junior Researchers took SCP-3964 out of its containment chamber and brought it to the site cafeteria. There, they proceeded to have a 'chugging' contest. During the contest one of the Researchers dropped SCP-3964, causing it to flood the site cafeteria, drowning a Security Agent. SCP-3964 was put back into it's containment chamber without incident. All the Junior Researchers that participated during the contest were severely disciplined.
