SCP-9432
Object class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9423 is to be locked in a secure storage locker at Site 19 with at least two (2) guards at all times. No personnel Level-3 and below are to access SCP-9423, although, on site security personnel may deny access to anyone. SCP-9423 must never be connected to an outlet that has access to any external area, and is never to be given access to a internet connection, this is to prevent hacking.
Description: SCP-9423 appears to be a standard Blackberry cellphone, it cannot be destroyed by any known force. SCP-9423 will never collect dust, nor get scratches on it, and will always look brand new. Although it’s model was made in 2004 it is way past the current technology we could ever have even today. It will lose battery life, and requires an internet connection to do anything just like a standard cellphone. Although, when turned on it will not show anything that is on a standard cellphone, and will instantly open up an app, this app is named “The super world editor”, the app is designated as SCP-9423-2. The app will have access to the camera of which it will show on the screen, standard instructions of the app tell you that you can edit anything around you, you can move objects, you can delete objects, or add objects. But, when edited within the app it actually will edit the physical world, it is unknown how this is accompolishsd, and it is presumed that we will never find out.
Addendum 9423-1: On February 23rd, [REDACTED]. A breach of SCP-682 caused a breakout of 3 Class-D subjects, 2 of them were terminated by on site security personnel, and one made it to the unguarded SCP-9423 containment chamber. Luckily the Class-D did not delete any important stuff, and only deleted the pedestal of SCP-9423’s containment. He was found appearing to be scared on the floor before being terminated by a Security unit.
Addendum 9423-2: After the request of Senior Researcher, [REDACTED] (See Test log 9423-1), SCP-9423 was moved to a more secure location in Site-19, and is to be under heavy guard by specially trained security personnel.

Test Log 9423-1:
Senior Researcher, [REDACTED]
June 13th, [REDACTED]
One Class-D subject will be edited by SCP-9423
Results: The Class-D subject’s leg was edited by SCP-9423, it was successful moving the kneecap. SCP-9423 was then used to delete the Class-D’s leg, it was successful and the Class-D started to bleed out. The Class-D died of blood loss due to the removing of a leg.
Personal note from the doctor: “Well, this could be the start of something deadly, if SCP-9423 can be used to delete human matter, what else could it delete? If this got into the hands of the wrong people who knows what damage they could do with it. They could hold the whole damn world hostage at the threat of well.. well fucking deleting it. And you all know how well that will go over, heh. I am putting a request for SCP-9423 to be put in a more secure location.”

Request approved, O5-9

Personnel note from O5-9: “SCP-9423 is one of the small, but dangerous things we have to hold here, if this thing got into the wrong hands, would could possibly be looking at an XK class senario. It is hard to imagine, but with the effects of SCP-9423, it also may be possibly to cause a ZK class scenario, but that is something that will never happen if we keep it how it is.”

Mobile Task Force Nu-7 was mobilized and all threats were terminated. SCP-9423 was sent to Site-01. See interview log 9423-1.
Interview Log 9423-1
Interviewer: Agent [REDACTED], codename “Beta”
Interviewed: Mobile Task Force Nu-7 sergeant, [REDACTED], codename: “Alpha”
——————————
Beta: Welcome, please tell me what happened in [REDACTED] today.
Alpha: It was, it was horrible, so many people dying, so many mothers and fathers just seeing their kids disappear, it was…. it was just…. no… it was not right.
Beta: Hmm, that is unfortunate, did you happen to catch the faces of any of the hostile personnel?
Alpha: No, and even if I did, I wouldn’t remember.
Beta: Alright, yes, I know it’s hard to see this, we just need to ask some questions then we will bring you to councilling, now, did you happen to see anything that could help us?
Alpha: Well, one of them was seemingly trying to stop the other screaming “Foxtrot! Foxtrot stop this now!” but it didn’t work.
Beta: Alright, well did you see him doing anything unusual, like, physically unusual.
Alpha: Well, I did see one of them limping while running, it also looked like they had all turned on each other. Shit, how much longer is this going to take?
Beta: Not much longer, please maintain focus and stay calm, now, how many people did he just seem to delete?
Alpha: Oh my god, well, at least 20, maybe 25 or more, and all those children. He was fucking deleting children right in front of their parents, I could see them look for him and just start breaking down in tears. I wanna fucking make that guy die in more pain he did.
Beta: Alright, well-
Alpha: No! Just stop! Just.. I don’t wanna do this anymore, LET ME OUT!
Alpha appears to get up from the table and start to attack beta, security personnel restrain Alpha and bring him out of the room.

Interview log 9423-2
Interviewer: Agent [REDACTED], codename “Alpha”
Interviewed: Mary Steven, witness to the attacks on the truck
———————————
Alpha: Hello, please take a seat
Mary: Uhh, hello, could you explain what I am doing here?
Alpha: I would just like to ask you a few questions about the attacks you saw, on the trucks.
Mary: Oh yes, well, ask away my friend.
Alpha: Alright, please tell me what the men that attacked the truck looked like
Mary: Well, it was hard to get a good look at them through all the smoke from the car, but I think they were wearing like some black ski masks and bulletproof vests, I ran away when I saw they had guns.
Alpha: What kind of guns were they?
Mary: Well, I don’t know guns that well, but they looked like some sort of small SMG, one of them was carrying a big backpack on them though
Alpha: How many of them were there?
Mary: 4 or 5, they looked like they were very dangerous.
Alpha: Did you see what they were trying to steal?
Mary: Well, I am not sure it’s real or just my brain playing tricks on me, but it looked like they just stole a cellphone, that’s all really, an old blackberry.
Alpha: Hmm, Alright, well thank you for your time, you may exit the door that way.
Mary Steven was given Class-A amnistetics, then released.
