Description: SCP- is a humanoid male 183 cm tall of unknown origin with a body similar to a young adult with gray skin but normal eyes, except they change color based on mood and are cyan when controlling something. And it has no intention of harming humans. It also can control nearby electronics and and launch an EMP wave, shutting down all electronics in a 10-50 yard radius. He can also read minds of people in a 50 ft radius but it cannot go through lead.
