Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5089 is to be contained in a cell, a 3 m x 3 m x 3 m ██████████ glass cube. 4 surveillance cameras, in each upper corners of the cell, will ensure SCP-5089's presence inside the cell.
Under transport, or any traffic outside the cell, SCP-5089 must be secured in a special metal pod.
SCP-5089's muzzle can not be removed at any times.
In the event of a containment breach, guards are to utilize non-lethal firearms to subdue SCP-5089. Guards may transport SCP-5996 back to its containment cell, once unconsciousness has been confirmed.
Dismissed DNA from SCP-5089 is to be cryogenically preserved when not undergoing research.
Description: Moved to Site-19. SCP-5089 was originally a 25 years old woman, Dr. ████████████, who was working for the ███████████ Research Facility. She was conducting an experiment, combining human DNA with █████████ DNA. The goal was to see if DNA from prehistoric animals could develop new human capabilities, or improve those that already exists. Upon conducting the experiment, Dr. ████████████ accidentally administered the wrong DNA, resulting in her turning into a mutated dinosaur hybrid.
SCP-5089 is a female humanoid, measuring approximately 1.73 meters in height. It's muscle mass is slightly below the average of that of a human. It's arms and legs shares similar features with a velociraptor, and does not match up to the rest of it''s body. This bone structure makes SCP-5089 capable of reaching high speeds, that exceed an average human. SCP-5089's mainly use it's claws as a weapon, slashing and █████████████ it's prey.
It has an equivalent tail, that in length measures just about it's own height. The tail consists of a thicker layer of skin, that's hard to tear. It function as a point of balance, but it's also documented that it can be used as a self defense weapon, in close range.
Scalp hair is long, black and purple tone. Other facial features remain similar to an average human, with the exception of it's eyes, which are dark red. SCP-5089 does not appear to have any vision problems, and seems to be capable of coordinating itself in the dark, with great precision. It shows few signs of higher brain functions, and is considered to be sapient.
SCP-5089 is usually docile and not directly hostile, but it is considered to be an extremely dangerous creature to handle. Viewers and video footage confirms that it spends most of it's time sleeping or wandering around in it's cell. However, it's been documented that SCP-5089 shows signs of emotional distress and repeatedly has tried to dig it's way out of containment, and also break the glass. So far, none of the attempts have been successful.
If a person is spotted by SCP-5089, it will immediately enter an aggressive offensive state. SCP-5089 will then start closing in on the person (who will from this point on be referred to as SCP-5089-1).
SCP-5089 prefer to use stealth when moving towards SCP-5089-1. However, it's fastest documented speed is 60 km/h, (but it's only capable of maintaining this speed for limited periods of time). At this point, the only way to stop SCP-5089 is by using lethal or none lethal firearms.
Upon arriving at SCP-5089-1's location, SCP-5089 will proceed using it's claws to kill and ███ SCP-5089-1. It will then attempt to quickly make its way back to its natural habitat.
Due to the possibility of a large civilian loss of life and breach of Foundation secrecy, retrieval of subject should be considered Alpha priority.
Addendum: The foundation is not yet fully understanding of how SCP-5089 works.
SCP-5089 will try to escape when overly outnumbered, and it will react to larger vehicles.
