Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be regarded with extreme caution, and should not be approached, no matter what. It was found in the █████ Forest, in the state of ████.
The specimen should be kept in an extremely secure cell at all times. It must be kept under surveillance by camera at all time. Do not enter its cell, as any attempt to get into contact with it will go wrong.
The cell is made of 3 meters of solid concrete, with steel rods through the middle. The cell door must only be opened if it is cleared with the administrator, and only if the organism is not anywhere near the door. It is to be fed fresh meat twice a day, and the food must be dropped in by the hatch in the roof.
There has been two tests conducted trying to get into contact with the creature. Both subjects at the time were recovered after ten minutes with severe gashes and several broken bones. An interview was conducted with the survivor of the second test.
Subject: SCP-XXXX
What happened: The subject entered the cell, after having been briefed on the danger levels of the organism. The subject was wearing a hazmat suit, with a P-90 for protection. After having been in the cell for 2 minutes and 43 seconds, SCP-XXXX leaped at the subject, having been hiding in the corner of the room. At 10 minutes, a team of three people went into the room and pulled the subject from the room. The subject was debriefed, and was admitted to the medical ward where they died 8 hours afterwards.
Subject: SCP-XXXX
What happened: After what had happened with the first test, it was decided that the subject would be given a 6-inch knife as well as a P-90, and was then briefed about what had happened the first time. The subject entered the room, and was then in there for 5 minutes and 3 seconds before the creature decided to attack. The subject managed to evade the first attack from the creature, but was then felled by it, where it then proceeded to savage them. At 10 minutes, the subject was pulled from the room by a team of 5 people, and was debriefed and then admitted to the medical wing, where they were treated from a broken wrist, 3 cracked ribs and a broken femur, as well as 7 long gashes down their body.
Interviewer: So-
Survivor: What was that thing?!
Interviewer: Calm down, it can't-
Survivor: What was it?! Answer me!
Interviewer: Ok, just calm down first. You're acting hysterical.
Survivor: Ok, ok.
Interviewer: Just breath, in, and out.
Survivor: Ok, I'm calm. Now can you answer my question?
Interviewer: Ok, you deserve to know. That was SCP-XXXX, a newly discovered SCP. You are the second subject we have tested, to see how it would react to people. It appears to not react, very well around people, generally acting quite violently. You're very lucky to be alive.
Survivor: Ok, but I still want to know why you guys sent me in there.
Interviewer: We were doing a second test to see if the first test was a once off scenario, or if it would react like that every time. We have deduced that it is a keter class SCP, and that it should be kept under close lock and key at all times.
Survivor: You guys are sick.
Interviewer: No, we are doing what is necessary for the good of mankind. We now know that it should be kept in a tight security cell at all times, with cameras trained on it twenty-four seven. And may I remind you, that you are a criminal, and for surviving this, you will be aloud to leave in twenty-four to thrity-two days.
Survivor: Well, I guess that is the good news at least.
Interviewer: Yes, the thing is, first we will have to do a couple of tests on you.
Survivor: What sort of tests?
Interviewer: Well, a couple of blood tests, some reflex tests, as well as testing how you act. We have a feeling the creature might infect people and turn them into a version of them, as we have reports of more of the creatures around the same area, even though we did a massive sweep when we contained this one.
Survivor: Wait, what?!
Interviewer: Therefore, we will be keeping you in the same sort of cell until we are sure that nothing will happen to you.
Survivor: Well, if I don't make it, please deliver the ring in my cell to my daughter. And if I change, please, don't let me stay alive.
Interviewer: Of course.
Interview end
The man was put into the cell, and within 10 days he had started to display odd symptoms. He had regular fits, and started behaving aggressively towards his guards. 5 days later he had completed his transformation, and was immediately put down due to his wishes.
Description: SCP-XXXX has been described as a slightly humanoid creature. It is about 1.5 meters long, with two legs on the front sides of its chest, and two legs at the base of its body. It has a head with no visible eyes, ears or nose, but it has a mouth that splits into four quarters. It has three claws on each foot/hand, which are mainly used for ripping apart its meals.
Every victim of SCP-XXXX have died, apart from 7, who all died less than 24 hours after. Only two were able to give accurate descriptions of the creature, whilst only one photo of it was able to be recovered.
The subjects had described SCP-XXXX as "invulnerable" as when they tried hurting it, their efforts were fruitless.
Addendum: The victims who had been killed by SCP-XXXX were badly mutilated, and were nearly completely unrecognizable, with injuries all over their bodies. All of them had multiple broken bones, with most of them being arms, legs, or ribs. They all had chunks torn out of their bodies, and had major arteries severed.
The victims who had survived still had many injuries, with multiple having missing areas of skin and flesh. Work was done to identify the bodies of those who were killed, and what had made the injuries. The chunks that had been torn out of flesh were mostly caused by the mouth of the organism, whilst a lot of the internal injuries were caused by the claws and body of SCP-XXXX.
