SCP-XXXX seems to be able to use teleportation wherever he wants to. The only way to contain the SCP is through the chip inside its skin, planted on the first contact the Foundation had with him. The chip allows the foundation to keep track of his movements. Nothing seems to be able to stop SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a caucasian humanoid figure, tall 1,84 centimeters. The SCP is ageless, but there are noticeable signs of old age. SCP-XXXX was captured for the first time in a street market in ██████████. The job of capturing and containing SCP-XXXX was assigned to Epsilon-6. SCP-XXXX doesn't pose any kind of threat but must be kept under watch because of his anomalous powers.
SCP-XXXX goes around the world while repeating apocalyptic phrases, that announces the end of the world. His voice is deep and relaxing, like hypnotics. SCP-XXXX does not interact with everything besides him. Multiple attempts of talking, hurting, and interacting with the SCP have been tried, but it never reacted to any of them. The only moment when it speaks is when announcing the end of the world in cryptic phrases. It seems that SCP-XXXX can't die in normal ways. There aren't been any attempt of neutralization since not necessary, so it's not predictable if neutralization is possible on SCP-XXXX. Some of the words he says were recorded and are here stated:
"It'll eventually happen. I know for sure it will. And you're all gonna die."
"She's gonna die. And soon. And when that will happen, I'll be there. I'll witness your end."
"Everything that will not be saved is gonna be lost."
"I've seen this scenario many times, but you'll keep ignoring me even if I come back. And this is
gonna lead to your death"
"I promised her. And I really tried. That's why I'm here. Because you're all gonna die."
"Why can't you see? It's not too late. Or maybe it is. Maybe, it was meant to end this way."
"I'm sorry little one. Sometimes adults do bad things. But we'll all eventually die."
