Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4001 is to be contained at site-████████ in a 5m by 5m solid steel room with a 5 inch blast door entrance, SCP-4001 is to be monitored twenty four hours a day with Security Personnel rotating shifts every two hours and to be fed every ten hours by D-class personnel, SCP-4001 can only be accessed by level-3 personnel with experience with sentient and reality-warping SCPS and to be escorted by 4 Security personnel when attempting to enter SCP-4001's containment cell and to be monitored by two level-4 or higher personnel, any personnel attempting to communicate with SCP-4001 or attempting to give SCP-4001 information on current technology and history are to be executed immediately, if SCP-4001 is seen to be communicating with any D-class personnel the room should be filled with hydrofluoric acid and mustard gas and the containment breach alarm to be activated.
Description:SCP-4001 is a humanoid at approximately 11 feet high with abnormally large legs and appears to be blind relying on a unknown sense to detect its surroundings, SCP-4001 has much more strength then an average human however SCP-4001 normally takes the appearance of a Caucasian male aging between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] however this sometimes seems to not always be accurate as their have been instances of SCP-4001 to be [REDACTED]+ years of age, SCP-4001 was found in a submarine in the black sea which appeared to have no crew members on board by MTF Alpha-1 while attempting to recontain SCP-████,While attempting to interrogate SCP-4001 MTF Alpha-1 seen SCP-4001 rip open multiple bulk head doors in the submarine, MTF Alpha-1 proceeded to sedate SCP-4001 and it back to Area-███, SCP-4001 while being interrogated at Site-███ proceeded to open a large hole in its chest revealing a black hole, which as small objects were sucked into to it proceeded to grow to the size of 10m by 10m and the on site omega warhead was then detonated killing ████ personnel and wounding SCP-4001 after being recontained SCP-4001 was docile however is reluctant to give any information on its past ,SCP-4001 is charming and will usually greet any personnel that enter its containment chamber,SCP-4001 is extremely aggressive and if any personnel stay in its containment chamber for three hours its chest will bursts open and a possible XK-class end of the world scenario will begin which then the on site omega warhead will be detonated and all other Facilities will be warned of SCP-4001 breaching containment.
