Special Containment Procedures: current SCP XXXX-1 is to be contained within a 10x10x10 Meter concrete cube with one window looking out into the room, the window must be placed on the wall with no space behind it, the window must have a microphone placed close to it. it is contained within Site-██.
SCP XXXX-1 is to be monitored at all times to ensure they have not perished.
Description: SCP XXXX is an average sized human in all black clothing, skin is also black. SCP XXXX possesses glowing white eyes that contrast the rest of it's body. It secretes gas that appears to cause the aging process of humans to double in speed. some of the subjects exposed to SCP XXXX have noted that the gas smells of "old people".
SCP XXXX manifests within sightline of a target but never within reach, it seems to prefer manifesting behind windows and is almost consistently able to appear behind them regardless of if there is space or not. it only ever manifests after someone looks at the photo of the deceased foundation researcher Dr.B██████ ,who died from old age, or from someone looking at an already manifested entity of SCP XXXX. It is unknown why this one researcher has seemingly created an SCP or if it was intentional.
SCP XXXX can manifest for a seemingly limitless amount of targets (each target designated SCP XXXX-X) and will always look the same. due to the nature of this SCP those that view it are to be deemed expendable and subsequently killed along with anyone who had seen the manifested SCP XXXX. current target is Earl R███████ who had reported a strange man following him around. Earl is chronologically 40 but biologically 80.
Addendum XXXX-1: on 21/9/20██ Earl reported the man to be speaking to him, when asked what he was saying he said "They want you to know that the Statue is watching" shortly after this was reported Site-19 reported that SCP-173 had breached containment, this seems to show that SCP XXXX has the ability to tell future events.
Addendum XXXX-2 on 24/10/20██ Earl reported that the man was speaking again, he was asked what they were saying and reported that he said "Chaos comes to ██" and shortly after Site-██ was attacked by the Chaos Insurgency who were dealt with. anything said by the man should be acted upon to lower the casualty rates.

Document XXXX-1 I really hope that this man starts speaking with less cryptic sentences, last week he said "the Lizard wants out" and we thought that 682 was going to breach containment but instead one of the 939 specimens got loose. we need to see if Earl can talk back to it.

Addendum XXXX-4 after the installation of a microphone by the window the man spoke "The Gentleman wants a word" after which the security around SCP-4099 was put on high alert, approximately 2 hours after the man spoke he said "Not that one" nothing was reported and security returned to normal although the foundation is now concerned that an SCP similar to 4099 is still roaming the world.
